Simple and concise.

Thank you Holly for teaching clearly and showing how simple delicious sauerkraut can be. This is a new staple food for me as I work toward a healthier gut. Observing the cabbage become sauerkraut has been entertaining too!

Nice, Easy read

Super good

This is a very good book for the beginner. She is right on the point and explains everything clearly. I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to learn.

Great info

I’ve enjoyed making sauerkraut and all kinds of other ferments since reading Holly’s kindle book. Now I want the hardcopy.
