Loving these books and all the girls , powerful makes me feel as I'm there walking the grounds of the old house cant wait to see what in store for Meg and Tia.
This isn't the best book in this series, but it is still a really nice read. Ms. Ellis really has a gift for writing and creating characters...it's almost magical. There were too many little dramas cluttering up the emotional landscape making it feel as though she was trying to obfuscate some of the obvious directions she was taking the story. The best part of the book is it is like catching up with friends you don't get to see often. It's a pleasure to visit Willa Bay Generally, I try to avoid books in a series unless the place and people draw me in and keep me interested. This book did just that...soooo, I bought book #4. I hope this one is at least as good as #3.
I’m not star rating these books as I don’t feel it’s fair as I’m not the target audience. I am reading them because the author has done a great job of creating characters I care about and want to see what happens to them but once I finish Willa Bay I won’t be reading anything else by the author. The book is too sweet, I wanted more depth to the main characters story and whilst it is lovely to get insight into other characters and catch up on previous MCs it felt like it was too much and detracted from the main story
Book-3 continued with the happy times and sad times of the different characters in this series set in Willa Bay. Although it can stand alone as a complete book it is a fun read that follows each character as their lives intertwine. Plus it is clean without bad language which I like.
Willa Bay is one of my top favorite series! Just finished Haven on the Bay and already ordered the next in the series, and can’t wait to start it. Hope there will be more after the next!
I love the fact that there’s no bad language or violence and sexual activity. I normally read Christian Fiction and this is as close to that as you can get without having a Christian character or two.
I can't say enough good things about the Will a Bay series . It's wonderfully written as the characters and small town of Will a Bay come to life and before long you feel like your part of the community too . Enjoying this series
This is a good easy read. The characters have a way of interacting together and build strong friendships which are strong. They build each other up as they face one problem after another.
I love this series can’t wait to read the next one. Easy reading great author. Enjoy the books they make you want to know what happens to this group of friends.
