It isn’t easy being a bar wench in 1897 Transylvania. Especially when the town is filled with boring villagers who have no idea how to show a lady a good time.
When a handsome stranger shows up at Alice’s pub, claiming he just sold the creepy old castle on the hill to a wealthy Count named Dracula, it begins a lusty journey that can only lead to one ending; our heroine being completely drained.
But will vivacious Alice be drained of her sexual energy… or her blood?
Join Alice on a naughty romp based on Bram Stoker’s public domain classic, written by bestselling erotica author Melinda DuChamp.
FIFTY SHADES OF ALICE MEETS DRACULA There will be sucking…
The Fifty shades of Alice series were funny and entertaining so I figured I would start the Alice and monster series. I did like the book but it wasn’t as good as the others. Some proofreading errors and the narrator for the Audible just didn’t do it justice. Almost like she was trying too hard. It made it sound like the Dracula from the cartoon movie Hotel Transylvania.
The Alice books were my favorite but I wanted to try this out. I never did read the original works of Dracula so maybe this flew over my head. Still entertaining.
Let me start out by saying I really like DuChamp’s “Alice” books. But this one did not live up to the others. I really debated on rating it as high as I did at a 5/10 rating. This story felt very forced and rushed. I kinda liked and didn’t like some of the jokes told in the beginning. Because the jokes really had nothing to do with the storyline. It ended up being misplaced and not making a lot of sense. There were a good amount of spelling errors, which pulled you away from the story as you read. A few times I actually had to stop and re-read some parts of the story because of it. I really did enjoy “The Kinky Secret of Alice vs. Dracula”. Even though there was a lot of girl on girl action. And a mob of onlookers. But there wasn’t any character development. Which wasn’t like the other books. But there were some great details and character descriptions. I did like how light the book was to read even with being 131 pages. The story wasn’t too complicated to read. Which made it for a good calm down book. Or something to read when there is a lot going on.
Daft & Dirty. Book four of the Alice series reboots Alice and transports her to Transylvania in 1897. The theme of positive, consensual relationships told with a huge slice of humour continues. Fabulous fun if sometimes the jokes are a little cringy. Looking forward to Book 5.
