I absolutely loved this book it was exciting from beginning to end.
Emma has been working as an assistant at a real estate company for a while but always feels on the outside of everyone else so she was shocked when she was asked to show a high flying client around a building complex, it soon becomes clear that things aren’t exactly legal and the man she was meeting with wasn’t someone that she was going to escape easily even after the warning phone call she didn’t have time to escape. But who was the man on the phone trying to warn her away and how much danger is she actually in?
Anatoly has been waiting a lifetime for the woman he first sees through binoculars, as an experienced Russian hitman he knows the man who is about to arrive and realises that his woman is a danger that she has no idea about, trying to warn her though seems futile he knows he will have to take matters in to his own hands. Will he in time to save her and how will she react when he tells her that they belong together?
This was a fast paced, insta lust and seriously hot read that made you want to carry on reading. I am fairly new to this author but I will be reading lots more from her in the future. I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book. 4.5*

Emma is a real estate agent just looking to make a sale when she ends up involved with the Russian mafia. Anatoly is a Russian hitman and when he sees Emma sparks fly. Loads of twists and turns, plenty of steam and drama. Great characters and an entertaining addition to this series. I liked it.

Ruthless killer turned saviour
Another brilliant read of the series. Anatoly is ready to fulfil his assignment but when he sees Emma he knows he has to protect her but also make her his. Anatoly rings Emma and tells her to go to run she doesn’t and when he tries again later it’s too late Igor has a hold of her if only she had done what he asked her then
Igor would be dead and he would be on a plane back to Russia. Emma is waiting at the buildings waiting for the client Igor he is Russian she knows she is inexperienced to handle she wonders why. Emma gets the phone calls to tell her to go the man with the Russian voice that does something to her even though has never seen him. Emma realises later she should of run when told.
Anatoly has to change his plan take Igor to Russia and save Emma luckily the money that Igor was going to use to by the complex hasn’t been realised.
Emma and Anatoly act on the chemistry between them Anatoly makes her his and she will always be with him. The drop of with Igor doesn’t go to plan Anatoly has been trained for this and ends up dealing with the person who put the contract out on Igor.
Anatoly gets back to Emma where she asks to go to the Caribbean and tells him what she has done they are set up for life .

I really wanted to like this book, but it was awful. The very first sentence had an error, how do you release a book with an error in the first sentence?!?
The story itself was very lackluster. If this had been fleshed out it could have worked. I feel like I learned more about the ‘target’ than I learned about the male lead, whom the book was titled after. The love scenes were wordy and almost confusing. I actually rolled my eyes at multiple scenes.
Bottom line, too rushed, too silly, poorly edited, and ultimately irritating.

DNF - good storyline but needs proofreading
Anatoly Ruthless is the eleventh book in the Bad Russian series and is the story of Anatoly and Emma. I DNF this book as it need to go back for a proper editing and proofreading. I know a book is going to be rough when there is an error in the first sentence and that is what happened with Anatoly. I got through about 50% and then stopped. What I did read was an good story and nice characters. So if the author can correct this issues then I know it will be a good book and an enjoyable read. But as it is now I am just disappointed.

I'm not usually an instant love person, but I found Anatoly: Ruthless a fast and entertaining read. Alice May Ball gave me suspense, action and steam. In my opinion Alice May Ball gave me everything I needed in a few pages. In my opinion this was a good addition to the series. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced reader's copy.

An absolutely fast pace page turner! The story line is well written with twists and turns, suspense, instalove, and more on the edge of your seat action. The characters are likeable; the chemistry between them is instant. A lot happened in this book and it is definitely worth the read.

When I started reading I couldn't put it down.Alice May Ball is magnifysent and amazing writer.I cannot wait to read more of there books.Keep up the great work.You should definitely read this books.Can't wait for the next book

This is the story of Emma, a real estate agent, and Anatoly, a mafia hitman, who are well developed and amazing characters in this book. The plot will keep you on the edge of your seat with unexpected twists and mafia action. I recommend this exciting quick read novel which will take you on a true adventure!

I have had the pleasure to read Ms. Ball's Bad Russian Series, in Series order. While I could never choose a favorite, I can confirm that Anatoly Ruthless is the 11th installment to this impressive Series, and assure you there is everything you would come to expect from the ever talented Ms. Alice May Ball found inside. Should you not be familiar with her work, I encourage all fans of amazing & dramatic romance, to pick up this book as well as anything published by Ms. Ball. Yes, this is a Series, however, they do not need to be read in any order to love them.
From the very first page, of this action packed & exciting release, you have no problem envisioning both of the main characters; Emma and Anatoly. He recognized immediately that he was looking at his forever when he first locks his eyes on Emma. She's unknowingly awaiting a dangerous man, but not to worry, Anatoly is more than happy to rescue this beautiful woman & keep her by his side for all eternity.

All the males are alphas, They are usually there to pick up another bad Russian even though they are also Bad Russians. Anatoly is a hitman who's been hired to take care of an unwanted Russian but he has been watching Emma who has been sent to have a prospective buyer sign for some Real Estate. Anatoly now has decided that he must have Emma and protect her at the same time. Their introduction and relationship starts off with a kidnapping but soon evolves into a hot and steamy romance. Anatoly gets a great surprise when Emma takes some business into her own hands. Great story. I've read everyone of the Bad Russians and they are all my favorites. Oh my wood... This bad boy Russian is going to melt your kindle... 🔥. Anatoly Ruthless is hot, older, raw and oh so Alphalicious. Anatoly is a Russian hitman and Emma a young woman with a story that’s action packed, insta-love, sizzling chemistry, raw, passionate, explosive and gritty. AMB does not fail with this one. This was a great story. I couldn’t put it down. I couldn’t wait to see what happened next to Emma and Anatoly. Emma is in the wrong place at the wrong tome. Someone warned her but it was too late. Anatoly sees her while on a contract and knows that she is meant to be his. They have a rocky beginning but soon they realize that they are meant to be. Will they get a chance at happiness together?

The Bad Russian Series by Alice May Ball is all about alpha, usually connected men who fall instantly for much younger, usually innocent women and will do anything to have and protect what is now his. Anatoly is a Russian hitman with a job to do and Emma is a real estate broker who he sees, falls for, and now needs to protect and claim. yes, this book is a bit over the top, but so much steamy fun. There is tons of action, twists, and drama. Great read

Looking for an insta-love romance that will get your motor running? This is it. It's a little over the top but it works so well that I couldn't put it down. There's some suspense and danger with the right amount of steam.

This is the eleventh book in this series. The story is enjoyable, the characters are engaging and fit well together. Their connection and chemistry is off the charts. You will not put this book down till you have finished reading it. Looking forward to read more from this series.

Anatoly fits the OTT possessive man to a T. He might be considered as ruthless and dangerous to the world but for his Emma, he’s the kindest and protective person in the world.

Fast-paced, over-the-top insanity. I LOVED IT! I've read most of this series and this is probably my favorite. Emma's boss sends her into the lion's den (that smarmy snake!) but Anatoly has other ideas. So hot and all alpha! Oh... and the bonus epilogue is fantastically dirty. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
