This is it. One last ride with the characters from the Brokenhearted Girl series. In part three, we ended with Treasure giving Malakai a questioning look because of the fake news that was brought to their doorstep. The big question is whether Treasure believed it.In this last installment, that questioning look is minor compared to everything else that happens. We learned in book one the meaning behind Sticks' name. He's now trying to be a loving father and faithful man, but he must first drop a few bodies to make that happen.Treasure and Malakai are Miami's "it" couple, but will they be able to make it, especially with the number of people who just do not want to see them together?
Of course Diamond Johnson done it again and wrote an excellent ending to this series. So happy that Treasure got everything that she got cause she deserved it and glad that Malakai was the one to give it too her. Amazing book and I would recommend this to any and everybody.
I enjoyed the rest of this story I felt it was bit rushed. The errors were definitely less than usual This author has the potential to be 5 stars if only her team would put more effort into editing her books properly and also she add more pages..
I’m happy Treasure got her happy ending she needed it especially dealing with her trauma and upbringing I’m happy she was able to forgive her mom and not let what happen to her destroy her happiness for true love and happiness this book series was well written and I would recommend this book to others to read
Honestly this series should have ended in pt 2.. it dragged until it was unbearable. I skipped so much and don’t feeling like I missed anything. It was just drama after drama which began to be boring and unnecessary. They each had enough meds going on with out adding to it. I actually like this author’s other work, so this won’t stop me from trying other work by her I just wish I could have liked this series too.
So this series had me a little bit conflicted at the beginning, added to the fact that this was the first time reading this author, I was very cautious at the beginning of this series, then got conflicted, but at the end it was good, serendipity!!! Now, I must say that it actually didn't need to be a 4 book series because it truly could have ended by book 3, but oh well such is life. It's just cost money for that. Also few things, besides some typos and grammatical errors going on, I thought some situations took too long to be explained and some was truly not needed to be even a conversation let alone entertained. Man, Treasure, you have grown so much and the best part is MS. Johnson you were able to not only have her grow gradually you helped us grow with her into this character.....perfect, so perfect and beautiful. The dedication to Miracle was the highlight in this book and all of the tribulations. Malakhi, wow, the only thing I could say besides that I am from Miami and I am going back to find me my own Malakhi because you are BAE 365 days of the year, oufffff, child, like 50 cents would say "it's getting hot in here"🔥🔥🔥🔥👏👏👏🙈🙊 Sway and Trell, guys you are so the happening couple, specially Trell who did what he had to do to get his Persuasions in... So, so, so happy that William, Janay, Monique, Reese, Autumn, and Terry got their visit from Ms. Karma, it was so well worth it. MS. Johnson was able to wrap so many issues in one story from rape, disabilities, self esteem, selfishness, greed, jealousy, death, birth and your usual gangster, thuggish, and kingpins into a beautiful mature story. Truly outstanding, bravo, bravo, bravo...
CAN WE JUST TAKE A MOMENT AND LET ME APOLOGIZE FOR MY RANT REVIEW IN BOOK 3...
I mean I was all riled up at that last page in that book. But I knew.... oh I knew my girl Diamond wouldn’t do me like that!!!
I talked my shit and I’m sorry about that because
But that’s why you’re the writer and I’m the reader girl because...
Yasssss!!!! I knew Ms. Diamond was going to come through. I’m not even going to hold nobody by giving a long review. I got everything that I wanted in this book except the death of Armani...
This was such a great read. I enjoyed all the characters in the book the plot was great overall 5 stars!! Now about the characters in am going to miss my book bae Malakai he was such a protector and he loved treasure how she needed to be loved especially how her childhood was set up. Treasure made it through her hard times and found a good loyal man in the end she found her happily ever after. Trell and sway I loved them too they had a rocky beginning in the other books but once Trell finally realized the beauty, loyalty and love this woman had for him he finally grew up and did the right thing. What a great book the author did an excellent job with this series can't wait to read more from her.
I love how this book ended but more so it was sad about her mom but her nasty disgusting donor of a father deserved everything that he got and so did his brother. Janay I would say she didn't deserve what happened but at the end it was the way she was running her life that caused her actions and down fall. I wish they would have stated what happened to Jewels did she Eva find love or was she still single and trying to find herself. Everyone should read this series it's awesome.
This book was the first book I read in Kindle and has been my favorite since. I've literally read it 3 times. Diamond Johnson you are so talented and One of my favorite authors. I've read all your books to date and hope that you continue to bless us with these amazing stories for a long time to come. Hopefully one day you might give us a Treasure and Malaki valentines or Christmas special. I would love to read more about them as well as Sway and Trell. Thank you
What I loved most about this final installment, is that those who needed to be dealt with …were, and those that deserves happiness…finally received it.
This series has quickly become my favorite series by @_diiamondddd. Her pen us unmatched. Time after time, she delivers stories with captivating and memorable characters, intriguing sidelines and a few plot twists that will leave you speechless.
The minor errors till nothing away from the story IMO, and I will continue to recommend this series.
Good conclusion to the series as loose ends were tied. While there were sad instances, I thought it made Treasure a stronger person. I was hoping Terry would attempt to have a relationship with Treasure & apologize for her evil doings. William deserved every bit of what he received. Karma definitely came thru for the evil-doers. Sticks was definitely who Treasure needed and deserved in her life.
The book could’ve stopped at part 3. Nonetheless it was still good. I like Sticks but them demanding ways worked my nerves in this book. He was to demanding for me. jewel didn’t even want to spank Mya for fear of what he will say. The author books have a pattern I see. Man end up raising a child that’s not his and don’t want the real father to get to know the child. Then the real father end up being a bad guy and so forth. Still a good series. TRY IT OUT
Treasure was a broken girl that got with a gentleman Maliki that put all the pieces together again. Ms. Diamond really touched my soul with this story and it brought me to tears. Swai was my girl though and she and Trell relationship was the epitome of love just like her cousin Maliki. Great book about real life experiences and events, trust and believe your kids and always make sure they know they can talk to you
What a way to end a series...no unanswered questions...This series was great from book 1. I recommend everyone read this series...you definitely won't regret. I hate to see it end. I loved Malaki and Treasure together. I really cried more in the finale then the other ones...great job Diamond
That was more than a mouth full 4 books loaded with sooooo many emotions. If you have started reading just go ahead and download all 4 bcz you won't want to wait for a download to get to the next one it's just that good. Thank you ms. Diamond for a great story. Happy reading
Clap, clap, clap... great series had me tripping when I was at the gym cause I couldn't wait to read this. The way the enemies got dealt with was poetic justice and I enjoyed Treasure and Malachi....who...I'm glad for the ending.. enjoy this series
This was a good ending to the series for me. I was a bit confused about the whole back story line with Malachi's baby momma and her failed relationship since she never found any resolve in it, though, so I kind of just saw that as page fillers.
I enjoyed all of these books. These men she writes about are the truth. So glad William and that mama got what was coming them. Treasure you flying high now. Diamond I are fantastic mama. Keep writing.
So happy Treasure finally gets to see the light at the end of the tunnel. So many young women suffer from abuse & hide it.. I know this series touched my heart & I hope it helps someone else to heal.. Great job to the author!!!
I was in search of something different when I found this series. I wanted something that was going to tug at my emotions. And man did I find it! Brokenhearted Girl was an awesome read. And part 4 wrapped up the series perfectly. No questions left unanswered.
I loved this book. The story line was on point and kept my attention. I just wish she was able to kill William herself. He still got what he deserved. I’m looking forward to reading some new material from Diamond.
This 4 part series was everything I loved how Malakai loved Treasure through it all he not once judge her or gave up on her he was book bae the whole series Reese deserved what he got him and Monique
This book will pull all your emotions out. I cried real tears because this girl has been given a bad deal from birth till her boo got her. Read you won't be disappointed.
I enjoyed this book so much. Malaki was faithful. He truly loved Treasure. He was devoted to his family and kept his word. Treasure was a strong beautiful woman who endured whatever came her way until like most mothers... he touched her child! She fought back!
Love Love Love the finale book…didn’t feel sorry for anyone in this series for getting killed but the grandmother…she didn’t have anything to do with nothing…. All in all everyone else deserved to die… Karma is a Bitch
Diamond gurl!!! You did it again. This story touched my heart in more ways than one. I feel truly blessed after reading this series and I know it will bless others too.
I’m glad everything work out for Treasure and Sticks. I don’t feel sorry for Janay nor Terry. I wish Amari and her trifling friend had paid for what they had done. Beautiful story
