Loved Cobra & Sheena
Cobra was the Prez of the Serpents MC Las Vegas and Sheena was a con artist. They met at their best friend’s wedding and after taking an inebriated Sheena back to his place he struggled within himself if he could actually take what he wanted or not. The bad boy biker in him said yes but it was the noble guy who won out. Sheena and Cobra both held some very deep and dark secrets that would eventually affect both of their lives all the while they were actually finding a place within each other.
This is my first time reading this author and I loved every bit of this book from the heartbreaking untold secrets, to the chemistry of these two and for the rollercoaster ride of emotions.

What a phenomenal addition to this series!
𝘉𝘦𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘥 𝘙𝘦𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘴𝘦 is the second installment of the 𝘚𝘦𝘳𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘔𝘊 series and it’s outstanding! This story revolves around the Serpents’ prez, Cobra, and Daisy’s friend, Sheena, who we met in the first book of the series, 𝘉𝘦𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘥 𝘙𝘦𝘥𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯.
What I love most about Barbara Nolan’s characters is that there’s nothing immature about them. Each one holds their own—they’re savvy, somewhat jaded, and don’t have time for anyone’s BS. There are no naïve chicks and the men they fall for are badass alpha enough to respect that. (Even though the guys can’t help but to throw their weight around anyway!)
I love the push and pull between Sheena and Cobra. These two have every reason to keep their stories locked up tight because opening up to the wrong person could get them killed. But as the storyline moves along, trust is earned and the two realize they need each other, especially in Cobra’s case. Sheena is AWESOME! Every badass thing she does, which pisses the hell out of Cobra as far as her safety is concerned, she does for him.
I’m glad that, individually, the two were able able to get their acts together and make peace with their past in order to move toward a happy and successful future. I’m looking forward to Cobra spending more time putting his MC responsibilities first in the next book (Python’s story) now that he has Sheena, his beautiful kicka$$ queen, by his side.
I couldn’t put 𝘉𝘦𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘥 𝘙𝘦𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘴𝘦 down the minute I started it. The storyline is well-thought out, the characters are some of the best I’ve ever come across, and the attention to detail places the reader right smack in the middle of where the author wants you. I wish more people would treat themselves to Barbara Nolan’s books. Her talented work is truly a hidden treasure. Five stars for me.

Barbara Nolan's new release, Beyond Remorse/Cobra, had me hooked right from the start. Cobra is the president of the outlaw Serpents Motorcycle Club, who has movie star looks and a heart of gold but a soul filled with remorse. Sheena is very sexy and a former con artist, trying to go straight by bartending. However, Sheena isn't all that she appears to be as there are some secrets she is hiding. When the two find each other, their lives become complicated, not in a good way. Someone they both know has the wherewithal to destroy them and those they love in an instant. As the story unfolds we get caught up in the romance between Cobra and Sheena, the personal issues each one has, and a suspenseful plot line.
Overall, this book is like a great motorcycle ride while sitting behind one hot guy!

My first novel by Barbara and I can't wait to dive into more!!
A fabulous story that had me engaged from the first until last page.
Cobra and Sheena are both people who keep parts of themselves hidden, and while their lives are so very different from mine, they are still characters I can relate to when it comes to the need to protect ones heart.
The story is full of twists, turns and surprises; moments of tenderness and passion; and most definitely moments when you're wondering "what are they thinking????", and I loved it!!
Cobra and Sheena's story is wonderful for when the reader needs to escape the reality we live in and get lost in another.
While I definitely believe Beyond Remorse can be read as a stand alone, I recommend reading the first novel from the series.

Amazing!!
This is the 3rd book in this fascinating series and is Cobra and Sheena's story. This is a well written flawless story which is intriguing and filled with emotions, suspense, action, humour, twists, danger, and love which all leads to a riveting and addictive page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

This fantastic story will pull you in right from the beginning. It is captivating, exciting, full of action, and steamy romance. Cobra is a rough-talking President of his LA MC and Sheena is a con woman trying to go straight. They are so opposite, will they be able to have a relationship, and will they be able to remove the obstacles standing in their way. I loved this wonderful story and can not wait to read the next book.

I went into this book expecting a cheesy romance, and it definitely was cheesy but also so much more. I’m honestly sad to come to the end of Cobra and Sheenas story. I really enjoyed the break in the mold from the typical female heroine, given that sheena is willing to allow a man into her life (mostly), but she doesn’t NEED a man to fulfill her life or save her.
“like the moth to the flame, the match to the fire, and whatever other cliché you can come up with”
The romance was the typical will they won’t they shenanigans. But the rest of the plot kept me guessing all the way to the end ( and I’m usually able to spot plot twists from very early on) The way the author describes the feelings of both the main characters is so perfect that you can physically feel it along side them.
The only issue I have with this story is that we never get to learn cobras name.......

One drunken night leads to the beginning of so much more with these two!
Cobra has had a rough life from the word go. However, he survived and went on to become President of the Las Vegas Chapter of the Serpents MC. However, he still blames himself for things that have happened, and feels that he doesn't deserve and good in his life.
Sheena moved to Las Vegas to get away from her family and old life, for good reason. Becoming a con artist, she was living the good life until she decided to go legal and stop conning people. However, when she needs money and decides to get back in the game, it throws her head first in Cobra's world.
This is my second book I have read from Barbara and I enjoyed it! I really like the story line that this book took. It seems like a lot of the MC books have a main male character that is strong and has no internal struggles. However, Cobra is not your typical male character and has his own mental struggles that he has to deal with.
Overall this book was easy to read and get into and I do recommend this book.

Absolutely Fantastic
I am a huge MC fan. I have read a lot of phenomenal series and some that just didn’t cut it. Serpents MC is PHENOMENAL!
You have the alpha male that makes your panties melt and your heart stop , mixed with an equally mind blowing female and you are left with an explosive story that keeps you on
edge until the very end.
This book had it all. Drama, sexy scenes, heart break, action, mafia, deceit, lies, painful truths and eye opening remorse! I could not stop reading. I had to finish because I had to know what happened next!
This is the second book that I have read by this author, but I now have all of her books written down and I can’t wait to read them!

I received an ARC and I'm freely reviewing.
I have never read this author before and I thought the premise sounded interesting. I was right. Sheena and Cobra had already met, Cobra can't get Sheena out of his head. Cobra is the tough MC president but he hides some things. Sheena has been through a lot as well and has her own secrets. They each are protecting their hearts but can't fight their attraction. Along, the way we get fights, drama, violence and very steamy scenes. We meet Danny, Cobra's little brother, and we have a heart breaking moment for their story. Overall, a good book and I definitely want to know who is in the next one.

This series is literary gold!
Sheena and Cobra...wow. Two completely opposite life stories that both left them filled with heartache and regret. That emptiness that they both disguised so well came crashing down once they got a taste of each other. The whole Seth scenario at the beginning was kinda shocking but it paved the way for what ended up being something that neither Sheena nor Cobra could walk away from. The kidnapping scene was extraordinary! I loved it all! The icing on the cake was ending the life of the same person who had caused them both so much pain. Couldn't put this down! Finished it in one day!

This book was brilliant! I’ve already read and reviewed ‘Beyond Redemption’ so was excited to have the opportunity to review this book too and I had high hopes as I loved the first in this series. I couldn’t put this book down once I started, the author has a great way at capturing you within the first chapter and leaves you wanting to read more. Sheena and Cobra have a really hot relationship with some great romance thrown in and a HEA.

This is a combination that sets fire to their chemistry and passion. Both are strong-willed, but will they be able to last once their secrets start to unfold? This is another great book by Barbara.

Book 2 of the series is even better than book 1! Great story, loved the characters. The story kept me engaged from beginning to end. I loved it.

A fantastic addition to the series. This is Cobra and Sheena's story. There's many layers to this one revealing a few surprises. It's got suspense, action, some tragedy and even a little humor.

Typical biker book
This was a typical biker book. Wasn’t my favorite but wasn’t the worst. There were parts I skipped because they were slow and I was bored but otherwise, it had a good plot.
This was a typical biker book. Wasn’t my favorite but wasn’t the worst. There were parts I skipped because they were slow and I was bored but otherwise, it had a good plot.

This book had a really good plot but it may not be for everyone. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the side characters but the ones I liked didn’t seem to get barely any page time so it made me want to know more about them.

These Barbara Nolan stories are hard to put down. I’m addicted and this one did not disappoint. Cobra met his match in this intriguing book! Well done!
