I really enjoyed Annabelle’s book - Radley’s Home For Hornet Monsters - and thought I’d give this a try. I’ve rated it on my short story scale.

It’s a quick read about roommates dealing with the pandemic - we should all be so lucky as to have an open minded household making the best of a tough situation.

I really liked the story, but a number of inconsistencies bugged me. It’s a challenge to avoid disconnects in novels, but short stories are usually very tightly written.

I enjoyed this book greatly, and I really like this author, the book was just slightly short of my expectations. I’m certain you will enjoy reading this timely tale.

“Quarantined with My Hot Roommates” is a short (50 mins) story describing what we all wish our time during Covid-19 quarantine might have been like!

The author reminds us of the reality: initially believing the lockdown would only be for a couple months, and folks everywhere finding themselves suddenly without jobs (many living paycheck-to-paycheck). But then, she deftly introduces the fantasy: three people living together, unable to socialize outside their apartment, who decide a sex without complications arrangement could make the lockdown much more acceptable; enjoyable even!

This story isn’t haremlit; it’s pure erotic fun between two women and a man. I’ve enjoyed the author’s “Horny Monster” series, and had initially hoped this book would have the same narrator. But I was very pleasantly surprised by narrator Mandy McCullough! She has a very sensual voice, and is able to provide unique voices for each of her characters. I look forward very much to listening to more books narrated by Mandy.

Note that I rarely take time to post reviews for books unless I received a copy for free in exchange for a review. In this case, I’m taking a moment to share my thoughts even though I purchased the book because I want to encourage people to listen to this new narrator and encourage her to continue narrating audio books!

Too much wine!

This was a cute little short story that rose out of the a ashes of the Corona Virus. Character development was good, plot was nice, but the erotic scene could have been written much more erotic! Over all a great short story! It was great. Thanks A.H.

Lusty with plentiful action

The author delivers a very hot fantasy story. The set up took a while and what happened to the roommates is not expanded on. This could be made into a series of stories but I feel that the author intended this as a short story. Worth reading.
