Difficult

It must be difficult to summarize such a detailed life food choice because I felt there were some contradictory statements that further confused me. I do feel that many of the food which I must avoid or prepare differently on this plan are indeed the very ones that I have adverse reaction too currently. So expanding the scope to see if I feel better by excluding certain things, sort of makes sense to me. Although it does narrow my very limited choice of menu.

A great alternative to reading the longer original book

I liked this book as an alternative & it was shorter than the original book. It is an perspective that I need to consider when I eat healthy.
