Although it's been some time since this book was released, the COVID pandemic is now over but chaos doesn't stay dormant. I knew I had to read this book to better position myself as a leader and not just another employee as I began my job search recently. Having read Operation Pineapple Express also by Scott Mann, I knew his story telling would be impactful and I appreciate his sharing his Green Beret days' stories. Lived experiences, missions accomplished &/ learned from spread across practical applications for anyone to better succeed in whichever workplace they call their own. It begins with you and Scott Mann will make a difference for you also. Time to execute !

Timely

A very important book for the times we live in now. It is chaos with the corona virus and all the other issues right now it our country. LTC Mann gives leaders a strategy to use during these difficult days
