Yes, to the hottest, baddest Fae Kings. No, to being their bitch.

When my parents mysteriously disappear, leaving me to raise my six crazy, younger siblings, my dreams for college are dashed.

It gets worse when someone sends a slew of monster assassins after me. Their untimely arrival is followed by three devastatingly hot Fae who stalk me.

Baron, the pompous and dominating Summer King, thinks I'm a dark Fae and wants my head. Then he changes his mind and declares me his fated mate. Hells-a-no. Especially now that he wants me to prove my worth. Really?

Then there's Rowan, the possessive and cruel Winter King, who offers to protect me from the assassins, but only if I accept his obnoxious courtship requests.

And finally, there's Night King Rydstrom, a dangerous and mysterious Fae with an ass that doesn't quit, who thinks he has every right to play me like a fiddle.

Too bad for them, I'm not the docile type they're used to commanding. I might want them, but I have no intention of joining the trail of broken hearts and bodies in their wake.

For I hold a deep, dark secret. Their arrival has woken in me the very forbidden magic they've been hunting, and I, Evelina, am going to have a wicked good time teaching these Fae kings a lesson.

Here we go again

Could not finish. I've had some issues with this author and her books, and although I know better I still decided to give this a go, about 8 chapters in I was disappointed once again. I have to ask, why 2 chapters in this girl is hot and getting wet, swinging her hips like some kinda porn star, this same scenario is so old I'm tired of having to read it. The fact that she seems to know all kinds of crazy ways to fight and has guns like some bada****? it doesn't make any sense. All these guys are trying to get her to suck on them, then she beats them up, Come on! She goes to get a job and the guy tells her to strip, and she's the only one he's ever asked and she's like ok? I just stopped, another annoying ridiculous read. I think meg x has great ideas, but she's gotta stop starting her books with heroine who's vag leaks with need and begs to get d***.

yikes

I couldn’t get past like 18% honestly so this is my review on what I did read. Okay.. so the main character, Evie, has just come home from college to watch her many siblings because her parents are missing. She doesn’t seem to care at all, and is very blasé about the whole thing. She’s rude to her siblings for no reason and the way she speaks to them is such a turn off, it made her really unlikeable. Evie also mentions having super hearing in the beginning of the book but doesn’t explain it at all and acts like that is perfectly normal for a human. On top of all that she’s apparently very spoiled and is very selfish. And the worst thing about this book, in my opinion, is the actual writing. The dialogue is awkward and unrealistic, and everyone conveniently has Evie up on a pedestal except for Safiya, her teenage sister who she slaps in the face for having feelings, and the two kings who show up after she, unrealistically, chases a nightling off with an umbrella and some air freshener. I don’t know if that was supposed to be funny but it ended up being cringe worthy to me.

Okay, so the dialogue between characters, once again, incredibly awkward and unrealistic. At one point her brother Emmett is defending her to Safiya, and it goes “Chill out, Saf,” Emmett said. “You crossed the line, and you aren’t Evie’s match. She can easily take you down. You think she drove away the monster and then faced off the two scary men without all those years of martial arts training?” This spot in the book made me cringe and I stopped reading here. the kids are all apparently more worried about berating Safiya or asking for martial arts training than they are about asking questions about the “monster”, the two weird men that popped up in their year or that Evie was three seconds away from ripping her clothes off and jumping 2 strangers who were mean to her? I’ve tried to read a few of the authors other books and they all seem to be written like this so I never end up finishing the books. It’s not my cup of tea, but I am disappointed because it was a good idea with not so good execution.

I'm about a third of the way in and I'm SO CONFUSED. The parents have disappeared which may or may not have happened before (?) so she dropped out of university to care for her siblings. Ok. Nobody seems all that worried or sad about missing mom and dad. What kind of heartless kids are these?!? Do Evie and the kids already know about the supernatural world/creatures because they don't seem very shocked when they show up. Then Evie blasts a monster through a window...and the broken glass and gaping hole in the house are never mentioned again? Then Evie gets a job at a supernatural bar she has never been to in order to pay for things and keep the family afloat... taking everything supernatural about the club in oblivious stride? Then she stocks the bar with a "bottle of martini"...what the fruck? Martinis are MADE from other liquor. They don't come in a bottle pre-made. Not counting the barely adult cat in heat bullcrap...I'm still stuck on the unaddressed broken window and the "bottle of martini".

I don't know if I can continue...

Evelina’s parents always made sure to move their family every six months. After attending seven high schools, Evelina is thrilled when she gets to go to college, and her parents put down roots - eight months and holding.

But after Evelina’s parents disappear and she’s summoned back from university, she’s left to raise her six siblings on her own. So much for her hopes and dreams, ya know? Especially after a nightmarish monster bursts into the kitchen while Evie is attempting to throw together breakfast for her whiny brood.

Chasing off the nightmare monster with some weird energy power she doesn't understand, Evie ends up in her back yard greeted by some seriously hot dudes - Rowan of the Winter Court and Baron of the Summer Court. After spraying one in the face with air freshener and threatening another with an umbrella, they finally leave, but not before they tell her something interesting: She’s not human.

Desperate for a job to support said brood, Evie visits a hard to find bar hoping to talk her way into a bar tending job. The owner, Rydstrom, is dark and hot and, what do you know - Fae - and known as King of the Night Court.

From here the book takes one on a hilariously fun and sultry romp of an adventure. I didn’t quite know what I expected, but I read it in one sitting, it was that entertaining! I loved the panty-melting Fae kings too, especially Rydstrom. There were some absolutely fun scenes that were written so smoothly.

Though I’m not a fan of reverse harems, I can’t pass up a fun Fae ride with the kings. Eagerly looking forward to part two!

This is only the first book in - what I believe to be - a four book series and it's already feeling so drawn out. I think I'm just going to go ahead and stop here since I'm already not feeling it.

Story wise this started okay and I was interested to find out what was going to happen but the pacing seemed to slow down and made the book a little too boring for me. I also wasn't a super big fan of the writing style and I'll say it just wasn't for me. I saw another review say it felt like a wattpad type of writing and I got that same feeling as well. The writing made it feel more like the heroine was a younger teen writing in her diary. And again, that's not for me. I can move on from the writing when I'm invested in the story but for this one that didn't happen.

Overall, I'd still recommend the series for anyone that's interested in a RH fantasy since I do think the story will captivate many readers.

Honestly not a book you can take seriously.

Writing is gruesome - actually on the exact level of some wattpad books written by 15 year olds. A LOT of mistake and unnatural phrasing. (Also idc if the authors non native bc 1. I am too 2. this is a PUBLISHED and supposedly EDITED book)

Heroine is ridiculous - talks really annoyingly (calls everyone dude) she talks like my 9 year old brother or some prepubescent girl + talks a whole lot but asks NOT A SINGLE RELEVANT QUESTION AND SHOWS NO LOGICAL REACTION. 70% of the dialogue made me want to scream STFU YOU ARE NOT COOL AND PLEASE SAY SOMETHING PRODUCTIVE

Rant over. Plot was ok

Circumstances beyond her control force Evelina Green leaving college to become guardian/head of household to her six siblings. The circumstances being her mom and dad vanished without a trace. That might not have been such a calamity if it weren't for the fact that each of her siblings are spoiled rotten indulgent maniacs with supernatural abilities who can't be placed into the foster care system.

An early morning visit by a nightmare darkfae in her home trying to kill her and her siblings brings forth a new spectrum of crazy when two Fae Kings show up thinking she's the monster they need to kill. Defeating the threat, Evie becomes the focus of Kings Baron & Rowan who now claim she's their one and only fated mate and future Queen of their realm.

Evie has no intention of getting married much less agree to be courted separately by the two. She's way too busy and running out of funds to support her family which is why she needs to find a day job which brings to the attention of suiter number three, King Rydstorm.

What is it that all of a sudden she's the crack to their addiction. The addiction to their habit. The prize in their competition to make her their Queen and mate.

* * *

I had this book in my tbr for a while but it wasn't until recently when it was recommended that I decided to read it. It's a slow burn developing reverse harem romance, but, this first installment is more a love triangle (or would that be love diamond if there's 3?) scenario with purely m/f interaction. Adult content does come into play but again, m/f.

This is a high octane action/adventure, mystery/suspense, snarky ball buster vs jealous/possessive romance guy story. It's exhausting for the reader (me) to keep up with the story line and events as they happen. Between the core romance, Alpha male chest beating, mystery regarding the sudden disappearance of Evi's parents, need to manage her siblings and household, and other elements things just snowball into a confusion of understanding what the heck is really going on.

The main characters have some work to do as the initial premise is Evie can only be a mate to one of the three. That sets the stage for the guys to dust off their rusty courting skills as historically these guys were players with an open field of willing and eligible females who catered to their every perverted desire. The shoe's now on the other foot as Evie already has a boyfriend waiting for her at college and wants nothing to do with them though her hormones are willing. Does that mean it's now a pentagon instead of triangle or diamond romance?

Secondary characters. Evie's six siblings are all freaks of nature as they continually test her ability to hold the fort until her parents return. Nasty snarky individuals who probably don't deserve Evie but family is family who may fight with each other but stand united when/if an outside threat challenges them. Normally I'd say blood family sticks together but it seems they are all adopted so.

Other secondary characters add value to the overall story with varied degrees of interaction and success. I'm always surprised when a LGBT side kick potentially overshadows my love of the main characters, wanting them to star in their own sequel so once again I'm rooting for Indira to get that chance.

My thoughts on the overall story line and cast of characters. Bottom line is I'm not a fan of either. IMHO this story lacks a cohesive flow or identity. I feel it would have been better if the author had paced the action/adventure to allow the reader (me) to catch their breath once in a while to reflect and appreciate things instead of zoom zoom zoom repeatedly. Additionally, a little depth to individual scenes would have been appreciated. One non-spoiler example is the actual disappearance of the parents. It's mentioned and repeated throughout the whole story but lacks any further info. Three days parents have disappeared and Evie leaves college to care for her siblings. So? Did she take a hiatus? An interim leave? Continue online classes? What? I don't know of any college that has a student leave without worrying about the consequences. Throw in the fact that nothing is being done to locate said parents? Where are the police investigating? Where's the follow up to even looking if they voluntarily or forceably were removed? A simple sentence or explanation that validates Evie holding down the fort until they return would have sufficed. I mean it's not like they'd ever done this before so why now and why isn't Evie freaking out over the fact itself? And her siblings aren't seen coping with the concept either. Mom & Dad have vanished? Oh, ok so what's for supper? Can we have pizza?

While I appreciated this story and the draw of jealous possessive men who are drawn to a bad ass hormonal female, this story just didn't work for me. It lacks identity and purpose though I get the overall vision. It's got enough fantasy elements that give a reader a magical romantic vibe though the cliffhanger ending doesn't bring resolution to the actual story.

WOW! This story is the perfect example of why Ms. Xuemei X is one of my favorite authors. The story grips your heartstrings, gets your heart pumping, and brings a smile to your face in the first few chapters. That was all it took to keep me glued to the pages.

Evie isn't a young girl with no experience in the world. Her life has been mostly happy, but she isn't naive or innocent. She comes across much older than the college girl she is. She is mature, responsible, protective, and tough. She isn't thrilled with the situation she finds herself in, but she's going to do everything she can to keep it together. I love this about her. I love that she doesn't look at the not so pleasant parts of her past with anger or self-pity. I love that she isn't afraid to be the disciplinarian while still trying to be nurturing. She comes across exactly as I would imagine someone in her situation would be.

Then you have her guys, or the guys who will be her's when the story progresses to that. This one is slower to get to the spicy parts, and I love that, too. Evie has other things to think about and she isn't really interested in having a relationship. A night of fun, maybe, but she has crap to do. The interactions between the guys, and them with Evie, run the gamut from humorous to steamy, but she is the one in charge. She doesn't back down, and part of that may be because she has no idea who she's messing with.

That brings me to another fun thing about this one. The story is set in the regular, non-magical world. Evie finds out pretty early on that there is something not normal going on around her, but she still looks at everything from a purely human perspective.

Everything about this new series is amazing. The world and character building are rich in detail, the plot has action, humor, tenderness, and some sexy times, and there are still enough secrets to keep you guessing about what's going to happen next.

This book was a mix of ACOTR, TOG, and fever series but despite being similar to these amazing books, it failed.

The names “Barron” “Rydstrom” and “Rowan”?! Really? Although yesss rydstrom is not the same as rhysand but come on, that’s too close. Then the courts; summer court, dawn court, winter court, and the night court. Can you guess who is the king of night court…. Rydstrom. And of course, the MC is the main provider just like ACOTR. She’s a bad a** who likes pink too, just like Mac in fever series. And that in itself, fever series vs the name of this book, fever fae. I mean maybe I’m reading too much into it but even the guys physical appearances are similar to the other books. It’s just A LOT of similarities. The writing is below average, the MC has potential to be likable but just misses the mark. She’s so dumb in some moments, it’s infuriating. I was hoping this book would pick up since it reminded me of some of my favorite books but nope. I did get to book 3 to be fair but I just stopped. Read it at your own discretion.

PS: I highly recommend fever series by Karen Marie Moning

This...was...just bad. I absolutely struggled through six chapters and couldn't go on. Evie's parents disappear so she drops out of college to take care of her siblings, there was like 7 of them or something. I don't feel bad not remembering how many there were because Evie couldn't even tell some of them apart. Then a monster shows up, she chases it off by some magic she didn't know she had and and then some fae guys show up.

Evie may be the worst case of a tstl heroine I've ever encountered. She sees monsters and magic and yet threatens people with restraining orders. She needs to make money so she decides to go apply for a bartending position at an underground club she's never been to. She meets someone with horns at the door and proceeds to lie and threaten her way in as if nothing is amiss.

The language used by the human characters, especially the children, was just all wrong...it was weirdly proper and just didn't fit. Also unless I'm reading about surfers I don't care to hear the word 70,000 times.

This story is amazing. It has humor, action, drama, suspense, and mystery. It is gripping and addictive. I was unable to stop listening to it. Victoria Mei gives the story so much life with her transitions between the different characters. She is a magnificent narrator and is a perfect choice to read it. The story is well written and keeps you engaged. It has vivid descriptions that allows you to picture the scenes easily. I can not wait to find out how the story continues. Evie is a great character but tends to be on the immature side at times. I can't wait to see how she grows in the series. The support characters give the story so much balance. This is a must read or a must listen to.

It’s pure magic!💜

Great storyline with so many amazing characters and easy to follow.
Fun, sexy & mysteriously magical ride. Kept me thoroughly entertained and I can’t wait for more.
Victoria Mei does a fantastic job on narrating all the different characters. I would have preferred to have an HEA but it doesn’t change how much I loved this book or how excited I am to read/listen to book 2 in this continuing series.
I highly recommend this book!

I simply couldnt finish reading. Smh

I think if the book has actually been edited it'd be great. Its not the grammar I have a problem with, its the plot holes I spot. From the very beginning a monster attacks her, and she's just okay with that. Not only did she go from knowing nothing about monsters 3 paragraphs in, by the 5th she's just accepting of the supernatural in EVERY form. A guy crudely tells her to suck his d** and calls her name, by the next chapter she's letting them degrade her, and force her to hold hands among other things like that acceptable. It moves so fast, action wisex with no hints as to how the character actually feels. We hear thoughts and we see what's going on but I can't bond with any of the characters. The character literally seems to have no emotion besides lust. And to be frank, its cringe worthy. The author seems to be a child or a teen. This needs a LOT more editing, closure, and overall details. The main parts to a book series that's an absolute MUST is missing. By the third chapter she's learned she has two cringe worth stalkers that constantly degrade her, she's stripping for her boss, accepting the supernatural world and all within without a single thought about any of it really, she has a younger sibling that's sprouting prophesy like no tomorrow and doesn't bat and eye. On top of that she's now being hunted and accepting the stalkers as potential boyfriends after dreaming of the queen and being stale to death by said potential boyfriends. She literally has no thought process but to occasionally think back, and she continuously state "I can only count on my self" that's really about it. There's no thought process to her, nothing about the chaotic turns of her life, nothing about any anger she might be feeling. Its like looking into the mind of a fifteen year old pretending to be an adult in a fantasy world, thinking everything is about money and sex.

This is a hard book for me to review. There are some parts that I liked enough that had me continue to read on, and too many other parts I hated, that I would normally DNF over. I think this book was immature (especially some of the humor), and had some points that just didn't jive well for the book as a whole. The female main character, Evie, is just over the top unbelievable, and left me with no words at times, I'm not sure if I like her or not half the time. The 3 Kings that are her RH, well, lets just say 2 of the 3 Kings, (Rowan & Baron) mean well -once they realize how important she is to them, but seriously, are not the brightest crayons in the box. The 3rd King (Rydstrom), well, he has moments that are fantastic, and then too many moments that make me hate him. He was the only one of the 3 that I felt had hidden potential (& had a full brain), and hope that this doesn't turn into a RH (though I know it does from the blurb) just because the other 2 were idiots. I'm still torn up over what to make out of this book, and I'm not even sure what star rating it deserves at this point. I don’t think I will continue with the series.

➖⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (yes, this does say minus 5 stars).

DNF at 16% - seriously, don't waste your time. Poorly written, dialogue ripped straight from Tommy Wiseau and terrible characterisations.

Regardless of why I would do this, who in their right mind wakes their (probably traumatised and terrified) siblings up with a hyperwhistle when their parents have disappeared three days ago?

Do you know that a hyperwhistle can get up to 143db? I'm sure the neighbours love hearing that at 7am.

Because I seriously can’t read about three main guys who try to compel someone into sex acts. It comes off rapey- because it would be when your taking away their choice.
Plus the siblings were all written weird for their ages.
This girls in her early 20s but yet her teen siblings can’t pitch in? Like hey guys- help out and behave unless you want to be in foster care. Ugh- I know it’s fantasy but at least give me something a little realistic.

4-4.5 stars. Waaaaahh! Why do I do this to myself! Why do I start these unfinished series when I know the author is going hook me like a bass! Meg Xuemei X.. every time she pops up with something new I'm balls to the wall through it. I wish this had been longer. I wish I had read it slower. Dang it I wish the next book was out already! This is one of those books where the reader could just follow the FMC around through some ordinary, mundane tasks and still end up being thoroughly entertained. Especially with all these crazy Fae popping up all the time, with all these crazy courtship notions, and banter strong rivalry for days. Yea I'd buy it, and read it.. again and again until the next book comes out.

Our FMC, Evie, is just an ordinary girl, desperately trying to keep her family afloat after her parents have disappeared. It isn't easy with these 6 siblings.. they are OTT, hilarious, and bring a really odd sense of normalcy to the supernatural vibe we have going on here.. despite the fact that they are anything but normal. After getting a crash course in the supernatural, Evie decides to dive right in and go for gold.. cause she needs it.. girl got 6 kids to feed. Evie gets herself in all kinds of situations because she doesn't know the rules, and besides who really needs rules anyways, shes more of a fake it till you make it kind of girl. Now if all these super handsome dudes would just get off her jock.. she could make some money and figure out how to find her parents.. If only..

It was just a ridiculously good time and went by way to fast. Can't wait for the next book in this series. Probably going to catch up on anything of this author's that I have missed to get me through lol.

Fun first installment. (1 day read)

The beginning is a little raw around the edges. The writing a bit sloppy there. But half-way the book it runs at lot more smoothly but not perfect.

There seem so be some stages when something needs to happen in the book going from left to right. Romance, action, family, sad lead female, reverse harem, dark tention from one lead male, even a porn lap dance. And why the last one is in there. No idea. It was totally out of the the blue. But maybe there was a romance part scheduled at that part!>?

The lead female character is fun to read. There is a Dark Prince that is also hot and bothering but way out of place if you compare it with the princes of summer and winter court that are als in compete with the attention of the female lead character. The last two don't add anything to the story and I not sure why they are even in the book.

Overall the world-building is making it up to it. There is a fun bar and even better side characters that I hope get more room in the next books.

Fun quote:
“Fuck off now.” “Who said it’s enough?” one of the pack dudes chuckled lewdly. “I say the fun has just started.” “I say it’s enough.” A voice dropped like a bomb, deep, rich, yet more dangerous than midnight murder. The club instantly silenced, like death had just arrived. Even the music seemed quieter. I followed everyone’s gaze and stared up at a man standing on the balcony of the second floor, looking down like a king surveying his subjects. His dark gaze held mine, and I parted my lips like a star-struck teen. His jet-black hair flowed to his broad shoulders and framed his savagely beautiful face. His sinful lips promised the wickedest pleasure. - Fever Fae (Dark Fae Kings #1)

I'm invested. I want to see how the story ends and how everything plays out. I'm excited to see more personality from the fae kings since we really only see them fawning over Evie is this book. Evie kinda annoys me right now. I can see where she's coming from; having to drop everything to take care of 6 younger siblings because your parents disappear would monumentally suck. Add on all the monsters and the fae stalking her. It's a lot. But the performative arrogance and acting like she knows everything and is the boss of everything, it grates on my nerves. Plus she's kinda mean to her siblings. Their parents just disappeared. I feel like some grace is required. Yet she calls them out as being spoiled because they can't fend for themselves (but all she can cook at 21 is spaghetti...). And throughout the book, it's noted that she got preferential treatment from her parents and no expense was spared for her wellbeing. The same can't be said about her younger siblings. It's also said that she's the reason they move so often and that this current move is the longest they've spent in one area, for only 8 months. No wonder they don't want to listen to her. That being said, I'd love to see some semblance of a relationship between her and her siblings. I know they're not technically her siblings, but she was raised with them so it counts. Also, their parents just disappeared. Where is the concern from the younger siblings???

Fever Fae
Dark Fae Kings, Book 1
By: Meg Xuemei X
Narrated by: Victoria Mei

Meg Xuemei X knows how to catch my attention and keep me addicted to her series! Fever Fae, the first in her new Dark Fae Kings series had me from the first chapter. Evie is home from college taking care of her six siblings after the disappearance of her parents. Now caught up in a world where of her family, she seems to be the only one that sees the people for whom they are, she finds herself in a position of power. But what does it mean, and why her? I love Evie. She is young and naive in some instances and tends to be mature in others. Her circumstances are testing her, as a parent and in her new role. Her three kings add so much to the story, with their larger than life personalities. They are funny, and in the next breath passion filled. Xuemei X is creating a fantastic world, with amazing detail, and I can't wait to see what will happen next

Victoria Mei brings this all to life. A better narrator for this could not have been cast. Mei has so many voices, and each one distinct, so we know who is speaking. I love her energetic and animated voices! Her comedic timing is spot on and she brings the heat of passion in too! This is total entertainment, like a movie in my mind. Loved every minute.

Stunning

Action, last and humour, this book has it all. It revolves around Evie whose parents have disappeared, leaving her to look after her siblings & keep the family together. While fighting to do this, she then starts having encounters with a supernatural world and 3 hot Fae Kings who want to claim her.

This is one of those books that absolutely draws the reader in and makes the fantasy world completely believable .

Evie is beautifully written, finding her inner strength to deal with her human challenges and discovering unexpected powers to battle the non-human ones.

The book ends not on a cliff hanger, but a resolution of sorts, leaving you eager for the next book to discover what happens next fir Evie and her Kings.

I was enticed into reading this from a passage on a Facebook ad. The Night King of course piqued my interest and here we are. The premise itself is fun, and I’m curious as to where it will go next. Evelina being a snarky spitfire definitely helps haha I’m here for the conflict. Badass women and bad boy types are 🙌 🔥 the downside to me is the super immediate all consuming lust that she has. It comes off as overly horny teenage boy seeing a playboy for the first time. It’s one thing for the king’s who have been hoping and dreaming and salivating over one day finding her. But Evelina has no clue who they are or who she is for that matter. I just feel like while yes there would be an immediate pull towards the king’s but not necessarily, how was it put…“pussy clenching” at first sight. Anyway, I’m here for the ride now

I really liked this book! It was intriguing and kept my interest throughout. The beginning felt a little off and I almost didn’t continue, but I’m ultimately glad I did.

I enjoyed the main female character for the most part and I liked the added plot line of her family. It was something unique that I hadn’t seen before.

The male characters, on the other hand, I felt were a bit cliche and cringey at times. Their dialogue felt off and they came across childish to me.

Overall, I did enjoy this book. I can definitely see the potential and am intrigued by where the plot is going!

I love the Fae worlds that Meg creates. I always have strong emotions to her characters that you either love to hate or fall in love with.

Evie thought she was just a normal college student, when her parents go missing and she is now in charge of her 6 siblings. While trying to make ends meat and provide for them, assassins start showing up and as well as three fae kings who take an interest in her. Evie is stubborn as a main character, but she starts to grow on you as the book goes on. She gets in over head thinking she can figure everything out on her own and realizes she might just need help the kings are offering. I am looking forward to watching Evie grow as well as learning more about the fae kings in this new world.

This is an honest review for this ARC.

Wow! What a fast paced adventure... full of all the mystery & intrigue, all the sass, over the top alpha males & 🔥🔥🔥 slow burn. A cast full of characters that will definitely keep you guessing! &&& I feel like we haven't even breached the surface of what to expect in this new book world Meg Xuemei X has created and I honestly cannot wait for more from this new series!
