Book 6 of 6 in the Aces High MC - Charleston Series (must be read in order)
Ever

Trust.

It was something I didn’t do anymore.

There was one person I trusted beyond measure, and this time, he wasn’t there to help me.

I was going to have to put my faith, my life, in the hands of the people who had failed me so miserably for most of my life. I didn’t have a choice because his life was the one on the line now.

I needed him back at any cost.

Even if that meant I’d have to rely on them.

Deck

We had a few good years before it all went sideways.

When I realized why I was taken, I knew that even if I got out of there, I might still lose her forever.

There was no way she would forgive me for this, even if everything wasn’t as it seemed.

Double-D

I had already failed her as a father.

Coming out of retirement was the only option though. I couldn’t go back and make her childhood right, but I could make sure she got her happily ever after, or I’d die trying.

3 ⭐⭐⭐ - OK decent reads
=====================
Our hero spends a year in captivity and we follow the heroine's struggle to keep the family together, face a loss, give birth to their son and have a supernatural experience. It was a painful journey and full of obstacles, but it was a story that hooked the reader and has already left us missing the characters.

Sasha, the woman I stupidly almost proposed to while I was in the Army, until I found her in bed with my best friend, was standing there in the doorway watching me.

“Sasha, I’d say you still look the same, but the last time I saw you was when your legs were wrapped around my best friend’s back and he was balls-deep inside of you.”

To be honest, I didn’t trust anyone. Deck, he was the one person on this Earth that I put my complete faith in and even when I opened the manilla envelope that had been left in my mailbox with no postage on it a couple of days after Jay’s visit, I still believed in Deck.

For a starter I'm going to say that you HAVE to read "The Other Princess" first and foremost. If you don't you as a reader will be lost and confused about the couple in this book well dang the whole series needs to be read. I'm also going to say that nothing beats "The Other Princess" but this came close in my personal opinion.
This book right here though "damn" I had to walk away from my kindle for hours because my heart was so broken wide open. I seriously lost my mind on parts of this book. I could just feel the emotions coming off the pages. The circumstances, the emotional rollercoaster, the unknown, and where is this story going, and what's going to happen, and keeps you guessing throughout the book. My heart went out to EVER and to Deck throughout. EVER is the strongest female character, her love is so strong, her devotion to Deck was unrivaled. It's so well written and draws you in.
The letters, OMG just nope not going there.....seriously Momma Luce!! And Double D being so relentless too. It's so good.
I could go on and on but I don't want to give anything away dangit....I have so much to say but I'm not very good at expressing my thoughts eloquently enough without giving the storyline away. Just know that this book was amazing. It's going to break you, you will need KLEENEX, and heck you might even need a support group after reading this one.....that's how brilliantly Christine Michelle has written this book. She's definitely a one-click author for myself.
I'm going to leave this review like it is except I had a song repeating in my head the whole time I was reading Declan's POV and here is some of it.... It is a song called "Lost Within" by Fivefold
Now's the time to sink or swim
Will you fight the tide or get lost within,
And I know you're feeling low
Feel like you've lost control
But the darkness you know
It's not your home and you're not alone
One more book in this amazing series and I can't wait to get my greedy hands on it. I will say one thing though to this author I would of loved to of read about the letter's Momma Luce has written.....hint, hint and wink pretty please.
I highly recommend this series and book. And just so you all know this avid reader would of given it way more then the 5 STARS allowed.

Nice ending to series

Well we get to see the gang again. Deck is taken and held captive, and Ever's father will stop at nothing to find him. He believes this is what has to happen to make Ever see how much he loves her.

Needed tissues for a couple of the letter. Other parts of the story weren't so believable though, because if it was we would all be able to see our loved ones right? However seeing Toby or the communication from him was a added bonus.

My only question is why did Ever have to hold onto Eva's house for a year and a day? Or did I miss the explanation?

Note to self: this one spoiled the lovestory of this couple I loved so much in the first book. This would’ve been better left unwritten.

As with most things in Aces High Charleston, it all gone to the cleaners! It starts with a heart rending letter from Double D to Lucy,
and then your thrust into the story where we see Ever and Deck face their biggest challenge yet. The extreme similarities to parts of the
storyline have you feeling De Ja Vu, and you know whats going through their heads. You watch Ever perservere with her inate strength, carrying
on with life for the sake of her family. The hurdles she has to jump alone while Deck is in his own personal hell, are nothing but mountains
that try to keep her down, but she keeps getting up and believing in Deck and that he will come back to them.
We see Double D and Lucy, and those letters..the letters I think everyone who reads this book wants to read now as well. The way Lucy shows D how
he doesn't need to ask forgiveness, Ever already loves and forgives him. She helps him to realise it before its too.. and then tragedy strikes.
Deck got taken by what we assumed was the group linked to the last outlaw type of activity Aces High run, and unfortunately for Deck, it also brings
someone from his past back into his life.

This book was so well written, you switch between narratives, but it never gets you lost or confused, there is a clear and consise story line.
There are some old characters that come back to say hello, we see a visit from the ladies at S.H.E MC, and Ghost as well. Cedar Falls gets a
mention, as well as Redemption inc. It was awesome to go back to Permanent Marks as well, and visit the Old crew - loved that cameo to!- and
some of those we lost who come to help as well. The next book is going to wrap up Charleston nicely, and although a few familiar faces have
passed on..such is life..nobody lives forever, so live for Ever!!!

After reading Gretchen's book, we all believed that Aces High MC - Charleston chapter was concluded. Little did we know that our fearless author would listen to the whining and cries of her beloved readers. Yes---Christine Michelle decided to bring us another book involving Deck and Ever. And, the rest of our beloved Charleston chapter.

*****WARNING****
This book is going to make you cry and when I mean cry---UGLY CRY! There are so many things happening at the same time it might seem hard to reconcile what's going on. Believe me, you're going to follow with bated breath because that's what Christine does.

This book discusses Ever and Deck after Gretchen's book. We find out what's happened to Deck and the rest of their family. The anguish, heartbreak, and pain continues for the Donovan/Brothers clan---as well as the Aces High Charleston chapter. We learn more about Toby, J-Bird, Christina, Anna, Lucy, Double-D, and all the other characters we've become so familiar with in this series. You're going to experience everything with them and then some.

Toby's "story" is set to release next and I can't wait to see the story from this book from his perspective. Christine's fans have been waiting to hear and see if there was ever going to be more for him. Well, we're about to find out. I can't wait!

I highly recommend this book, but I also recommend that you grab a beverage of choice and a lot of kleenex boxes. You're going to need it! This book goes a long way to resolving certain questions I had about Ever's story and how her life has evolved since "The Other Princess" and boy, it doesn't disappoint. Do yourself a favor and purchase this book. Loved this book so much!!

Wow just wow

There are no words that can describe how amazing this book was. Deck had been taken. Ever was pregnant with their third child. She had to do something to help find her Deck. While her Dad was wouldn’t give up til Deck was home. Once Deck was home they had their own struggles to over come. This was an amazing book. You were able to catch up with others that you have fallen in love with through the series. This book came at a time where I had just lost my son totally unexpectedly and this book helped. Christine Michelle is an amazing author. I highly recommend this book

I really loved the first 5 books of The Aces High MC-Charleston, 4 - 5 star reads for me. This one barely made it to 3 stars. It's like the happy endings from the other books got ruined by this story. Deck getting kidnapped by yet another psycho woman and all that happened to him was horrible. Lucy reading the letters CJ wrote to her in the past were boring and I skipped most of them. Then dead Toby is physically present and interacting with characters which was just too much woowoo stuff for me to believe.

Wow

I was so excited for this book. And Christine Butler did not let me down. If you haven’t read this series it would be beneficial if you start from the beginning to get the full enjoyment out of this book. If you don’t have the time at least start with The Other Princess before you read this.
I bet you’ll read on though. 🤩

Yes to Everlasting

Christine Michelle does not disappoint. She writes stories that pull you in and takes you on an emotional rollercoaster . Everlasting is full of angst ,that will have you on the edge of your seat waiting for "shoe to drop". This story has 4 different POV's Ever, Deck, Double-D and Lucy's. Everlasting will made me cry, laugh, yell and ahhhh. This story is about family, standing by eachother in tough times and loving fiercely. This storyline broke my heart and then put me back together again.

I would love a story based on Lucy's and Double-D's letters they wrote to their children. Maybe we will see this letters in the second generation stories, if the author decides to go that route. Overall a beautiful dramatic story to end this series. BUT it's not the last book in the series there is one more if you like Paranormal and want to know more about Toby..That book is A Year and A Day!! Happy Reading!!

Wow, I for one have been counting down the days for this book to arrive since the author advised this was in the works, and I was not disappointed.
This book included many of the characters we’ve grown to love and sometimes hate from the Charleston chapter as well as characters from other books and last not least the badass ladies from the SHE series.
Everlasting continues the love story started in the Other Princess between Ever and Deck.
In parts of the book I was overwhelmed by the sense of loss, hopelessness and heartbreak Christine Michelle so effectively evokes in her writing.
Loved it.

OH WOW

THANK YOU FOR THIS....
This book is everything. It's the story of Deck's missing year and how Ever, her family, and the club as a whole go about finding him and putting things right.

It's about family, friends, love, strength, belief and all the emotions that go along with it.

You will laugh, you will cry - lots, you may also want to harm the author at times for causing this family such anguish AGAIN, but in the end you will say thank you for the story you never knew you needed, and for the answers to questions you never knew you had.

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. THANK YOU!

Great book

OMG, right from the very first page I was brought to tears, this author really knows has to bring it, the heart ache and tragedy, right along with the all out love. Thoroughly enjoyable characters, one fantastic storyline, characters you have and ones you never want to go. This series right from the first book delivers, it tugs at your heartstrings and draws you in and makes you a part of their family, it gives you action, plenty of twists and turns, and a look into the lives of this brotherhood of bikers. This is one book you won't want to put down once you start, the whole series is one you won't want to miss.

What a read!!!! If you don't know by now, let me tell you....I LOVE Christine Michelle's books. She is an absolutely amazing writer. With this book, she takes your soul, rips it out, pulls it repeatedly over a grater.....then smooths it out, patches it back up again and ever so gently places it back where it belongs. I don't know how she does it!!! This book was a perfect ending to this series. It brings it all together in a nice little bow and sets the scene for the next one...and oh my....nice crossover...just a hint of paranormal...LOVE IT!!!

Excellent - grad a box of Kleenex!

Highly recommend reading the entire series! It pulls you in and tugs at your heartstrings as it's an emotional rollercoaster from start to finish. There's humor throughout to counterbalance all of the heartache, causing both laughter and tears! Believer in good and evil in the world even in the spiritual aspect of the afterlife, thankful that Toby was there to protect and guide his sister, Ever, and his presence was felt by other family members too. Hoping to read more about Toby in the afterlife.

Everlasting ( Aces High MC - Charleston book 6)

OH MY GOD! I was happy that I got to see more of Ever & Declan's lives and the MC family they love. I cried so much watching the struggle this MC family went through again. In the end tho True Love will always win out. You just find more ways and reasons to love the people you do. THIS IS A MUST READ! THE WHOLE SERIES IS A MUST READ!

Holy s**t

Wow. I’ve waited almost a week to write this review because wow. I didn’t know where to start and still don’t.
I honestly felt every emotion reading this book. Christine broke me and put me back together with this one. Cannot wait for a year and a day.
If your thinking of reading this book without the rest please start with the other princess for optimal enjoyment and the best experience. I hope you never stop writing.

Well this was a sad book - as if the guys in this MC haven’t been through enough, life comes and knocks them right in the nads. Events took some members out, and searching for others - and the women were equally in the mix.

As sad and heartbreaking as it was, this was a really excellent read, loved how at the end, we got a glimpse into the future and the love and respect they all still had for the brothers and the club!

OMG!! It was good.

This book has everything you would want in a really enjoyable book. I really enjoyed this book and I am surprised that I waited so long to read it. There are some characters that you want to throat punch repeatedly and there are some characters that you want to keep a hold on to them. Ever and Deck got their happily ever after and had some issues with a crazy lady and got back on track for their happily ever after.

Aun asi...

This is basically part 2 of the first book in the series but unfortunately for me it doesn't hold up as well. It's like reading 3 different books in one and coming from different angles. The characters don't come across as strong in this book but I think that is because the first book was so strong. This book needs to be read as its a vital part of the series but for me it is just not as gripping to read as the others.

Amazing addition

After thinking the story of Ever and Deck and there family was over, they decided it wasn’t. As with the rest of the series it breaks you and puts you back together even better.
Must read this others before to really get the stories. This was a prefect almost ending. THERES ONE MORE TO GO! Can’t wait! Go read everything Christine writes, it all amazing.

One of the best!

Wow! I loved this continuing story of the Aces High MC. It was tragic in parts, heartwarming in others. Through everything they are loyal, loving and so full of heart. Thank you so much for this story, even though parts made me cry a little then parts me smile. Christine you are a wonderful writer and I look forward to reading more of your stories!

An amazing story

I absolutely loved the continuation of Ever and Deck. The challenges they went through and how they overcame them. I love and admire the strength that Ever has and loved how Toby was brought back into the storyline in such a believable way.
