informative and a good insight to racing fitness & mentality

I liked the book and was full of good information and mindsets.
Everything written was leading up to the workout plan right at the very end of the book.
For me personally the workout plan at the end was disappointing as it’s only a one plan fits all type of plan which works on the eleven training zones.
A very good read but personally I felt it needed some more varied training plans added for riders of different abilities and fitness levels to recommend it to everyone.
If your someone that’s racing and not getting the results you expect then this could be the book for you.
