A thin, short novel and an easy read. Offered insight into the life of David O. McKay's mother which was inspiring and uplifting. It also gave a bit of insight into David O. McKay and his personality which I found fun and interesting. I'm constantly amazed at the fortitude of the pioneer woman and Jennette McKay is no exception.
