What happens when a twenty-two-year-old stoner from Sausalito, California, is saved from an earthquake by a body hunting harvester from the twenty-fifth century?
James meets beautiful Abby who traveled back through time to the twentieth century to collect healthy bodies a second before their death.
In a series of unusual circumstances, our California college guy from 2020, teams up with this beautiful woman from the future, and more than sparks fly as they evade the FBI, deal in synthetic bodies, and try to save democracy in a future world threatened by an authoritarian coup.
And if that’s not enough, there are drunken pirates and really cool space ships that travel faster than light.

I can’t believe I had missed this book. It’s a very creative story line and as usual Leslie really draws you into the characters. It has plenty of action for those that like action and has a space/future element to it for those who like sci-fi. Overall I loved the story and definitely recommend it! I can’t wait for your next book.
