Also, she claims to know the locations of hundreds of portals. Will Amundsen’s group be able to recover the weapons, and perhaps use them and the knowledge of portals against the enemy? Or will something different happen? Will the whole episode be one which Astrid will forever regret becoming involved in?

A really, really enjoyable and entertaining series!!!!!
Congratulations to Alan Householder for this amazing series. It’s hard to find such an interesting and exciting author who not only writes intelligently but also provides top rated plots, characters and excitement in the stories. I’m really looking forward to the next book in the series.

The war comes close to home

Awesome Space Adventure
Great story line with lots of action, adventure and plot twist. The characters are very strong and well defined. I really like this book and I highly recommend it.

I'm amazed that this author can write so many fantastic novels, I hope that he never stops writing. His books are some of the best Entertainment I have read and worth the time to read them. Thank you for a very fun entertaining read.

Nice characters and plot
Astrid is a character we can like and a good example to all. The relationships fight scenes are well thought out. I recommend.

Fun times with aliens
Lots of alien interaction and fights. Timing is critical in this deployment. Our heroine comes through yet again. Good read.

Nice diversion, plenty of action, quite a bit of fantasy, maybe more good luck than deserved. Astrid did so well I'm wondering what the next episode might bring.
