I enjoyed every single page of "The Roller Coaster Effect"!! In this book, Jasamine shares about her own personal journey to finding her passions. She also gives you the tools you need to recognize your own passions. She gives detailed advice on how to face your fears and advice on how to conquer negative thinking. She even mentions advice on how to find good friends that support you and keep you accountable. As well as how to gain a mentor. As you can see by my review, this book is loaded with good advice. If I had enough money, I would buy this book for everyone in my life that enjoys reading. It's THAT good!! I hope this becomes a New York Times best seller! Do yourself a favor and get a copy now!
