Macramé fun

I have been doing macramé projects since I appreciate boho aesthetics. This book is a good idea book. If you want to learn more patterns or derive some ideas from the patterns discussed by the author. You must get ahold of this book. I like the bracelets pattern. I have been doing curtains, plant hangers and candle holders. The bracelets are a good addition to my next to do macramé project. I agree with the author's maxim that "practice makes perfect." The more you do macramé artworks, you get better at it. Practice doing different knots in your projects and eventually you have mastered all knots. I don't know about you but this craft is so therapeutic.

Yet another stolen book

Every word in this book was stolen off other people's websites and blogs. The reason it sounds like a bad translation is that the publisher grabbed a thesaurus and changed a few words to try and obscure his theft. Remember back in 6th grade when you were warned to put the essay in your own words, and not copy from the internet/library book? This guy failed that class. The intro is straight off Wikipedia, and each project is stolen from its original author.
Buying this book is the same as buying stolen property off the back of a truck. Besides, every. Single. Thing written here is available free online!

Macramé is a beautiful art that most of the time is linked to the 60s and beach houses. It is an art that is hidden in the world around us.

You remember making friendship bracelets and animal bead keychain? That is macramé. What about those netted plant hangers? That is it too.

The book is informative, engaging and if you so desire to learn more, it even has step by step directions. It is neat.

I received a free copy in return for an honest review.

Fun projects

Easy to read instructions. A few harder projects but mostly beginner projects. I like that because I am a beginner. Good knot instructions and illustrations. I am ready to start now.

Nice looking projects!

I do a lot of micro-macrame bracelets and was glad to find this book on a special free day. I especially loved the color photos and explicitly stated directions.

Macrame shows you how to make the different types of knots to make pillows, plant hangars, wall hangings and jewelry. I highly recommend that you purchase this book of arts and crafts appeal to you. It's also a good after school project for girl scouts or boy scouts.

Incompleto

Faltan muchas fotos que explicarían el paso a paso. Las pocas fotos que tiene son de baja resolución. Malo. Una pérdida de tiempo. Nada que se haya visto en cualquier revista
