Great book for health & weight loss seekers.

I enjoyed Shana book and appreciated that she had some experience with diet program. Although she never struggled with her weight she was able to explain the health benefits which would be an interest to some like my husband. This was an easy read and great info.

Fast, Feast Repeat by Gin Stevens is a much better book about Intermittent Fasting.

Easy to read with a good explanation of the insulin levels in our body. As a science teacher who has a decent nutrition background, I learned a lot of practical information.
