Fighting for love, honor, and freedom on the galaxy’s lawless outer rim…
When several women from Earth find themselves abducted from a space station by alien slavers, life becomes a battle for survival on a dangerous desert planet.
Includes:
Beast: Rescued by gladiators on the alien world of Carthago, starship pilot Mia is working to find other abducted humans who are still lost. But someone else also needs her help—the untamed blue-skinned alien who’s saved her twice. Rescued from vicious fight rings he’s fought in since he was a child, Vek is prone to losing control in aggressive fits of rage…and Mia discovers that she is the only who can calm him
Rogue: Rogue contains two action-packed novellas in the Galactic Gladiators series. In Information Rogue, arrogant information merchant Zhim doesn’t know what hits him when he collides with feisty human hacker Ryan. In Desert Rogue, prickly, independent human Neve doesn’t want or need any help…but a certain cocky desert rogue -- Corsair of the Corsair Desert Caravan -- isn’t taking no for an answer.
Guardian: Former cop Dayna Caplan wakes to discover she’s host to a powerful alien symbiont, and the only man who can help her is the mysterious and dangerous casino owner, Rillian. Now that she’s no longer a captive at the desert arena of Zaabha, she desperately wants to help find the last of the other human women who were abducted by the Thraxians. But she has to deal with the intense hunger and powerful new abilities the alien living inside grants her…and the person forcing her to confront her new reality is the cool, enigmatic, and far-too-attractive Rillian.

Galactic Gladiators Set: Books 7-9 immerses readers in a captivating sci-fi universe that masterfully weaves together an array of compelling elements. The narrative includes a diverse cast of bizarre creatures, skilled gladiators, and harrowing trials that put characters to the ultimate test. The story unfolds with an intricate tapestry of secret plans, deep-rooted mysteries, intense action sequences, and the raw emotions of frustration, pain, and suffering, all interspersed with moments of unexpected romance.
The multi-perspective storytelling is a significant strength of this narrative, allowing readers to explore the inner thoughts and feelings of various characters. This depth enriches the overall experience, creating a more immersive and well-rounded story.
Life as a gladiator is portrayed as incredibly dark and perilous, where every moment is shadowed by deception and hidden agendas. It’s a brutal existence that not only challenges physical endurance but also tests the very limits of human spirit, shaping or dismantling the individuals who dare to fight for their survival.
If you are in search of a gripping and entertaining read that offers a blend of excitement and emotional depth, I highly recommend diving into this book.
I'm sad this series has come to an end. I have loved every single one of the books with the heroic gladiators and feisty women who bring them to their knees. Ms Hackett spins a fantastic story with each and every character, and the overarching story line with the evil Thraxians is something that I've enjoyed following every step of the way. I'm glad there's a spin off in the House of Rone series because I never wanted this to end.
I am sucked into the plight of the kidnapped humans from the space station orbiting Jupiter. Book 7 is truly interesting because it is called Beast. I didn’t expect it to be as entertaining as it was. Truly terrible the trauma Mia and Vek had to endure and overcome in order to be together. The rescue missions by the Gladiators and the fight scenes are exciting. In the 8th of the series Rogue, Ryan an information officer has been manipulated and found ways to utilize her skills to assist the house of Galen Gladiator’s on a mission leading to her rescue. Now she is eager to work for the House of Galen but has to get along with the champ of info Zhim. Not known to tolerate someone messing with his data, he quickly becomes impressed with the technical know how of the southern bell who was held and experimented on to power the fights in the desert. Knowing she can’t go home Ryan a petite bombshell will make a bucket list for this new alien world and rescue any other human from the desert hell. And finally 9 Desert Rogue was truly an entertaining read because as corporate spy Neve honed her skills with a staff and knives so putting those skills, her sharp mind and well toned body to escaping the Thraxcian’s and finding her younger sister Ever. Corsair, desert rogue , caravan master and golden eyed distraction to Neve finding Ever. She may be under the protection of House Galen but she does answer to anyone and will find her sister on the mythical desert fighting ring Zaabha. In all the books the women are strong willed and passionate, brave and loyal to any human held in captivity while they are finding happiness on the desert planet.
They are still waging war against the evil Thraxians and their gross side kicks the Srinar. They are also still falling one by one for the humans they rescue. I just wish that the 2 diverse women had gotten full stories not just novellas. Ryan is of Japanese/European decent and Neve had an African/Asian mother and a European father. I do have to give Anna props for have the AFAM man, Blaine getting a love story.
This whole series just keeps getting better and better the more I read 😄. Completely addicting with fabulous characters nasty bad people, exciting cultures and fantastic stories 😃. Thanks again Anna I can't wait to read more 🤓.
I am really enjoying this series. The characters are very engaging. If you are looking for a good series to read, this is it. I don't believe in giving spoilers, but trust me, once you read the first book you will want to read the rest of the series.
Read all of them individually and enjoyed the adventures, the action, the scary suspense, the strange and deadly monsters, the romance and the passion. Beast With the missing Earth women in her mind, Mia's hopes were in the blue alien to help find them. She had taken note of her strong attraction for the wild alien with blue skin and she knew he felt the same. Vek's instincs were telling him Mia was his and he would protect her against all. A dangerous and deadly adventure was waiting for the group. Lot of scary creatures, suspense, strong emotions, mystery, impressive fights and some amusing scenes. Liked how the author crafted the rescue that had me on edge. Rogue Two good and interesting adventures in one book. Zhim and Corsair, rogue allies of the House of Galen, learned how valuable, fierce and passionate were the Earth women. Zhim and Ryan surrounded by technology and Corsair and Neve struggling with their loyalties, their past and emotions. Interesting how the past affected them and molded their personalities. Very intriguing Dayna’s predicament and the Cyborg Imperator. Guardian Dayna could only think about the missing human women. As a cop back on Earth, she had honed her skills and will use them to find the missing women. But her implanted symbiont was trying to control her life and she needed Rillian’s help and something more. Rillian, owner of the best Kor Magna casino, had his own story with symbionts and knew what to do to help the woman who was stealing his heart. With the warriors of the Galen House and only with a just found clue, they went looking for the mysterious Zaabha. What would they find? A dangerous alien parasite and an interesting tidbit for the next story.
This series is awesome! I love the Gladiator, bad boy with a sensitive side thing they all got going on. I like all the heroes in the series. The guys seem pretty straightforward, and they are also pushovers, but the women, they are annoying, whiny, and way too rebellious for their own good. The overall story is fantastic, but some of the individual characters suck and need a dose of patience and hearing aids.
This box 📦set is entertaining and filled with adventure and intrigue. The interaction and chemistry between the characters is wonderful. I can't wait for more from this author. I received these books individually as a FREE ARC copy to read and I voluntarily leave this review.
These books were really good. I really like reading books where the main female character seems like a person and has a brain and not empty space between their ears. These women were very capable and the story was very interesting and believable.
