Reminders to Yourself

Excellent read! Not just a must-read, it was a book of reflections. This book is your higher self talking to you as your big brother talks to you to remind you not only of who you are but also about your potential to come.

I took this book slowly, on purpose. It’s one of those reads where you pause after a paragraph and just… think. Some of the material is familiar if you’ve read anything about meditation, energy work, or spirituality — the “same ole” ideas about raising vibration, staying present, and letting go of old patterns.

But the channeling from the Arcturian Council is what makes it interesting. There’s a calm, steady tone to the messages that feels different from other channeled works. It’s gentle, encouraging, and surprisingly practical for something so cosmic. A lot of it made me stop and ponder, which is exactly why I didn’t rush through it.

This isn’t a book you skim. It’s one you sit with.

And even though some concepts weren’t new to me, the way they were presented felt fresh enough to keep me engaged — and curious. Curious enough that I plan to read every volume in the series.
