Don't let the text formatting issues in this recipe book deter you from trying some of these recipes. Wow! The Enchilada Rice and the Bacon and Brussel Sprout dishes are two of the ones we tried, and they are delicious. There are also desserts. Peach Cobbler! it's not like my grandmother used to make, but it is good, it's fast, and I can't make peach cobbler like my grandmother did anyway.

I never used N instant pot before, but I always thought that I should, especially, because I work full time and I am a full time student. I would have loved the book to have some pictures for the recipes! Overall , helpful book!
