Non ci credo che siamo già arrivati al 16º volume 🥹
Sono in ansia perché voglio che non finisca mai, non mi stanco mai di questo manga! 🩷
Questo volume l’ho adorato in particolare per Suwa e Usami che dire che sono belli è poco, e spero che l’autrice dia tanto spazio a questa coppia secondaria anche perché Suwa adesso mi piace molto di più rispetto all’inizio dove era un po’ enigmatico.
Non posso però non parlare del mio amato Naruse (ovviamente), che volume dopo volume è sempre più maturo e con la testa sulle spalle, ma senza perdere quella sua sfacciataggine che lo contraddistingue 🤣
Ma poi la scena con il bimbo?!?!? Aiutooooo🥰🥹
Adoro Yuki e le sue mille ansie perché mi ci rivedo tantissimo ahahha ma la cosa più bella è che Naruse riesce sempre a tranquillizzarla su tutto e a darle certezze.

Tensione alle stelle ma Naruse mi fa sempre impazzire.
Suwa sapevo che non sarebbe stato un altro Hakamada per fortuna perché lui invece inizio a non tollerarlo più.

Volume 16 runs from chapters 90 through 95. I'm annoyed that I'm still reading but I found a reason to continue... Usami and Sawa are making me hold on to this manga series lmao.
Also, I was hating on Kira for some time because he gives bad advices to Hakamada but he slightly redeemed himself when he shut down Hakamada by saying:
I just want a basketball shojo manga where the leads are in a relationship and they do cute fluffy stuff. Until when will Hakamada be used as a device for the angst in the romance? Until when will Yuki be wishy-washy (she keeps on saying how she's changing slowly but damn that way too slow if she's still this kind of character 100 chapters in).

the thing with hakamada is getting old now tbh. i feel like a problem i have with this manga is that a lot of times situations seem to regress back to the way they were earlier and that's the case with hakamada too. she's already told him so many times that she doesn't like him and he's still annoying her. he's a great character and i wish he wouldn't just be used to create angst like this.

Bro like I don't really mind Hakamada being into her like it'd be a fun character device and can be used as motivation but like she's already rejected him and it's weirdly like her relationship with him has nothing to actually do with her. Also I understand she wants to be nice to him but like I feel like she should be more upset with him just not giving up at this point.
Like if you want to use it as motivation for character development fine but like why does Naruse keep blaming her for Hakamada's actions then??? Why does she get shit for not being on guard 24/7 when like it's not her fault and honestly I think she deserves way better treatment like if I was in a club with one guy who just assaulted me cause me not being into him threatened his masculinity I just had to keep acting like it was normal I would lose my mind.
Idk I kinda wish the narrative would stop treating Yuki like some terrible selfish person for not considering the feelings of every other person all the time. Like she is insecure, is really distant with people and has trouble communicating BUT Naruse is also uncommunicative, possessive, childish and wayyyy to prone to physicality (like some times it's a silly gag but the amount of times he drags her off somewhere, or pushes her down to the floor against her will or physically restrains her against a wall or prevents her from denying his advances or even just using his taller build to physically intimidate her is like genuinely scary) and he is never punished. Like the fact that him literally pinning her against the wall when he was pissed and then insulting her when she pushed him off was made to be HER FAULT for not reading his emotions. Anyway I just wish the narrative would stop rewarding his bad behavior 24/7, he can lash out and be physical and shit but it's fine cause he was right and the guy was actually into her and it's like NO HE'S A PIECE OF SHIT

有希の弟の編は結構面白かった。若い兄弟の喧嘩はばかばかしいだよね～。なんか懐かしい！私と私の兄弟はもうとっくに大人になったから子供的な喧嘩がもう失った。大切なものは思えなかった。。。が。。。大切だったかもね。
