Great primer on beer and its history.
Want to understand beer better? Read this book. Outlines the history of beer through its ingredients. Really helps you understand how we got to the world of beer today. The tasting suggestions are European heavy and the craft brewing aspects feel a bit dated as that world is growing at a ridiculous pace. Still very interesting and educational.
