Great, easy to read children's biography on Rembrandt. I like the timeline at the front. The text was simple but interesting. At the end there was a quiz for kids to take. Fun book overall.

The illustrations with this book were
nice and attractive and appropriate.

This would be a good introduction to
Rembrandt for young children.

I also think that it would be a good
introduction to Rembrandt for adults
who were interested in this subject.

Humorous cartoon sidebars together with full-color reproductions of actual paintings, give children a light yet realistic overview of Rembrandt's life and style. For grades 1-5. Can be used as a biography or with a unit on great artists.

An excellent and funny primer on Rembrandt for kids. I am going to get his other artist books in this series for our homeschool co-op.

This book is about Rembrandt the famous painter. The book goes into detail about his life and his paintings.

I really liked this book because I am an art nerd. Rembrandt is such an influential painter it was fun reading about him.

This book would be good for a research project on a famous artist.
