Wonderful book! Full of personal stories, easy to understand activities to become a better version of yourself. Very worth the read. Took it 1 chapter of a time to allow each lesson to sink in and apply it to my day.

Great book.
He provided very succinct and actionable advice.
The book wasn’t preachy at all and I liked his conversational tone and real life examples.
