This is the second book I’ve read on this topic. I did think the book by Davies was more comprehensive especially about the head and jaw.
But I liked this book better for its step by step approach. The author gives a picture of where it hurts, a description of the same, what could cause the pain and what the pain could feel like. Then he gives where to treat the muscles in the spine, how to treat the nerve, how to treat the trigger points, then done gentle moves to do and other muscles to treat.
The kindle has links to all these other places in the book so you can quickly go there. Then just use the back button to return. It’s very user friendly.
Really helpful advice. I'm always looking for ways to help relieve tension and chronic pain problems to help me out in between doctors appointments. I definitely made sure that I ran the points that I wanted to use by my physiotherapist before using them regularly. He was very happy with progress.
