ITIL In A Blink?💼🤖

Claire Agutter’s ITIL Foundation Essentials feels like flashcards stapled together—dry, factual, and over before you’ve even memorized the acronyms. It does summarize the ITIL 4 syllabus neatly, but there’s zero depth or context, just bullet wisdom for $25 you could’ve googled. 😬 Perfect if you need a last-minute refresher, useless if you’re actually learning from scratch.

Verdict: 2 / 5. A pricey pamphlet that teaches you less than a free Axelos blog.

Try instead:
• Axelos MyITIL subscription — official, updated, and worth it.
• Any other site/vlog — basic knowledge and some real practice.
• Your Chat GPT/Gemini/any other chatbot — it will probably give you same information, but more complex with examples.
