As a person who has sleeping issues, I can say that it helped me a bit. But I am not very consistent with what was told in the book. The book has case studies of real people. And the author tried to explain things as simply as possible. But in my opinion, it will be better if the scientific side is emphasized more and it should be in "layman's language" so that everyone can understand and seek help if needed.
