pamela grow has useful practices and recommendations to build fundraising cultures where your focus is on real relationships between human beings— focusing on donors, not donations. useful guidance on donor surveys and stewardship. that said, this book is a little too thin for my liking — id appreciate more structure on workplanning and strategy in particular. also the book’s ideas and examples of l donor-centered fundraising can veer into saviorism.
