Good and comprehensive book on current management practices. It has a lot of overlap with other ITIL 4 publications though, and other than that presents the same management practices that VeriSM has already shown can be integrated into service management. Some parts are easier to follow than others, depending on your (technical) background.

Easily the best ITIL 4 publication in the Managing Professional portfolio. Axelos have acknowledged and included plenty of Agile and DevOps / DevSecOps into the framework, which was sorely needed. A great read and very accessible.
