The calming colours of the pastel purple backing, the blue edging down the book spine to the pale yellow of the twinkling stars and moon. Even the colours of the bedding and bed itself, I could quite happily sleep in that comfortable looking bed! The Little Book Of Sleep is a cute little pocket size book, full of helpful tips on how to get a peaceful and restful night's sleep. Amongst the tips Paul gives you nuggets of information behind those tips, to back them up essentially. As a person who's sleep is very up and down, I really found this little book a bit of a god send to be honest. It's very informative and I very much liked the way not only did you get tips, you get the facts behind them. I have tried a few of the suggestions and feel like they were quite effective. If your a person that doesn't sleep all that well then this little gem of a book will defiantly give you the tools to get a restful night sleep.
