I don't understand why there's so many positive reviews for this, unless this review page has been botted (just like the content of the book). This feels like the type of book you order on Ali-Express. It has the appearance of a real textbook, but when working with it you quickly find out it's all hollow. There are no themes, the vocabulary is incredibly random, there is no authentic material (huge sin), it's grammar-heavy without proper context and worst of all it's just boring with an overall uninspiring presentation. All the characters are fucking stick figures for God's sake. English for no-one.
This book is a last resort, only to be used if you are completely out of ideas and just want to do some mindless exercises to finish the lesson.
I picked up my grandma's copy of this book and honestly it was so cute. It has things broken down by picture, and I think it's really helpful for people who are learning the very basics of English.
