Good Ideas

This book provided a lot of good ideas and motivational encouragement to guide those considering using intermittent fasting for either weight loss or health improvements. Enjoyable writing style and many helpful suggestions to make a plan work based on individual needs.

Better than diets?

Amy writes a fun engaging guide on how to best immerse yourself into intermittent fasting. She shows readers the ins and outs of what it is, what it will do and why one wants to invest in this lifestyle. I loved the review of information through the q and a chapter.

This book on intermittent fasting was very informative. I did not realize it was many’s wats to do intermittent. This book has open my mind up on how to slowly begin and accomplish my goals of fasting.

The Ins And Outs Of IF

I started IF (intermediate fasting) a few months ago and still quite new at it. This book answers so many of my questions about what is Intermediate fasting and the how to that I needed. What I loved about this book was that it gets straight to the point instead of having pages of other people’s stories ect. This booth is like telling you the health benefits, what to eat, drink, tips, answer questions and all. No need to ask friends (well you can) because this book has all your answers! I recommend this book to anyone’s whom doing IF or wanting to know more about it, especially those whom are doing keto
