This book is simply satisfying, a great book to read with great content. It doesn’t talk about diet plans but it talks more on an overall plan on how to lose weight without counting calories. It gives you 245 amazing exercises so you can work out your abs and also perfect for strength training. If you’re looking for something you can read every day and apply it, this book is for you. I like it because it encourages me to create a plan and at the same time not being too conscious of the things I eat. After reading this I’m planning to read the book of Germaine Gibson,How to: Fitness and Exercise - whats the Real Dealwhich was referred by one of my colleagues at work. I believe reading both books is a great combination to achieve my target weight and figure.
