I voluntarily read an advance reader copy for my honest review.

I really wanted to enjoy this book. Hot twins and a secretary, I mean come on, how hot is that.
But man this was just painful to read. Jane doesn't come in until almost the end of the book. Brandon and Brett screw so many women I loose track. There is more sex in this book then there is a story. It just was really not a good book. Slow, book crappy ending.

The story was not my favorite. Brent and Brandon were a little to horn dog for me. I wanted more of Jane and the twins not the other girls they had before. Still a good story!

When Brent and Brandon got the call about their father having an accident they were on one of their many party and womanizing trips. After they received the phone call they head home to be with their family. When they reach the hospital they find out that they are to late and their dad has passed away.
Brent and Brandon find out that their father has left them in charge. They are only 22 years old and never went to college. They both go through different emotions on how to handle this new development. They both know that they have to try and do their best at the job to keep their mother and sister in the life style that they are accustomed to living.
Brent and Brandon have all the support they need from everyone in the company and are working day and night to stand up to the standard that their father showed. They do miss their partying and womanizing nights. They decide to hire a personal assistant to help them with their work amongst the sexual needs.
They have found someone that is willing to be submissive to their needs and take care of both of them. Brent and Brandon feel like it's going better than they could have ever predicted but then she quits so they find someone else and everything is going well but then she quits. So Brent and Brandon decide to just look for someone who has experience in the packing industry only not someone who will have SEX with them. Enters Jane who is a virgin and sticks to doing her job only. Brent and Brandon are finding it harder and harder to keep from putting their hands all over her plus share her. Jane stands her ground for a while but the brothers end up wearing her down especially since they fall in love with her but will it last?
I received this book as an ARC copy for a voluntarily honest review. I absolutely love Mia's writing style and all of her books. She never disappoints me and keeps me interested in her books.

Twins requiring special assistance, April 7, 2017

I received an Advance Reader Copy for Twin Brothers written by Mia Ford and voluntarily reviewed this book. Brandon and Brent Moyen were expected to step up to the plate to head their father's company after he suddenly passed away, and take care of their mother and younger sister. At the age of twenty-one, these twins received a huge dose of reality when they both had to work longer than two weeks for the first time in their young lives in order to preserve their father's hard work and legacies. They did not, however, leave their playboy ways behind. In an attempt to keep things discrete in their offices, they hire two personal assistants, who had certain other "assignments" implemented into their daily, nightly, and sometimes weekend task lists. It wasn't until they hired their third personal assistant, just when work started to become truly overwhelming, that the twins realized that this charming, small-town-Tennessee girl, Jane Drury, was very special, and they both begin to fall for her.

This was a nice read, but I felt that the book did not really start to flow easily until Jane's POV started to register along with those of Brandon's and Brent's, which was well past the halfway point of the story. They did perform their duties for work and were diligent in taking care of their mother and sister, though, which built their characters a little. The ending also came a bit too abruptly, and I found myself wanting just a little more of their relationship development.

I received this book for free as an ARC for an honest review.
This book is more like 2.5 stars than 3.0 stars. There are a few grammar type-o in the book. We have twin brothers that are 22 that have been living the “trust fund kids” life until their father dies. Now they must grow up, take care of their family and the business too. Now I know that people grieve in their own ways but I didn’t see it that much with the brothers. All it was in this book was work, mom, sister, and sex. Well, until they meet Jane. Didn’t like the ending either. It feels like the there’s should have been more unless the author is planning on either 1. Releasing an epilogue or a second book. I never really felt anything from anyone in this book. Ash (sister) was just a mere mention but could have done more. Their mother was a bit more but still not. I understand that the book is about the brothers but you could have gotten into more of the background so that the readers could understand why the guys didn’t want relationships, parting and sex. Now as far steamy pages, they were ok. Nothing to get out a “friend” to help you while reading this book. Worth .99? Yes. More, NO. Plus I hope that the author will find the mistakes and fix them before you buy the book. This book is very much R to X but not XXX. Just way too much sex in it for my taste and for me that's saying something.

On a side note, I did hear from Mia and she is making edits so that people will have them all corrected when they buy.

This was one of the worst books i have ever read, that book was just awful.

They literally fucked everything that moved, and they were completely disgusting about it, absolute pigs, acted like sex was the only means of survival, they had sex more than they ate. And the worst part was the h didn't come in until right at the end!! wtf.

By then the brothers had already had at least two PA's ( whos job was too also sexually satisfy them ) and by this point i just couldn't be bothered to finish the book

I literally could not finish this book, after reading about the brothers with two previous PA's, who they fucked separately and together, they even had an orgy with one PA and her work friend, who was blindfolded so she didn't know she was fucking her bosses.

This book was just a mess from the beginning, and there was no one i would of been able to root for the brothers with the h, after reading about there filthy activities, in detail, before she come along.

I ADVISE YOU DO NOT READ THIS BOOK. It is a shame, because some of her books have really good story lines, and this one had the potential to be, but the writer ruined it by including the brothers sex scenes, with girls all over the USA :(

At first when I started to read I wasn't sure when their story would begin, the first half if not more of the book concentrated on the twins, their family, the business and their exploits along with the couple of assistants they had before Jane which seemed a bit too long for me.
Brandon and Brent have just lost their father and now are in charge of the shipping company and while they have never worked or went to College, they pull up their sleeves and run and treat their employees (except their assistants) like their dad did. But now they have to keep their exploits under the radar to keep the company image and to keep their mom happy. When the last assistant leaves they decide to hire one w/o the extra benefits and sweet, innocent Jane enters the picture.
The book was full of steamy scenes with many many many different women and the assistants and when it finally came to Jane it ended abruptly with no epilogue and what happens after the conference. I was hoping for more of a story between the three but otherwise a steamy read.

I voluntarily read an advance copy of this book but also bought it since I did not get my review in by the release date.

I enjoyed this book. The twins, Brent and Brandon, are something else. Losing their dad so young and having to take over the family business was a lot for anyone regardless of their age. But the fact they needed to have in office sex to keep them for losing their minds was a hoot. It didn't work out with the first two personal assistants they hired, but with Jane she gave them a run for their money. Not being easily persuaded plus she's innocent, makes them work for her attention. She's in over her head but she does feel something for both brothers. All it takes is a company business trip for things to become clear. And even though this is just a business trip, will they continue when they get back home?

I recommend this book if you want to read something sexy and fun.

DNF

This was a DNF for me. I made it to about 30% before calling it quits.

The writing is very drawn out and wordy. The guys go through at least two other assistants, in depth, before getting to Jane...I say at least two because I stopped reading at the end of the second and never made it to Jane.

The POV switches between the two of them at chapter breaks, but I still found it disorienting because the names are so similar; I had to double check whose perspective it was at times.

Additionally, there were confusing mistakes, such as Brent going to Brandon's room on the third floor of the family brownstone, then looking out the window at the view from the 40th floor...okay, did he magically transport?

I didn't feel a connection to the characters, found them superficial, and just couldn't get into the story. Maybe others will have better luck, but this book was just missing something to me.

Another great sexy hot read from Mia Ford. Twin Brothers is the story of Jane and her sexy hot bosses, Brent and Brandon. Brent and Brandon's father passed away suddenly in an accident leaving the shipping company to be run by his twin sons. Brent and Brandon are like fish out of water trying to run the company. Jane is looking for a job after the company she worked for closed their doors. A friend of hers works at the shipping company and got her an interview with the brothers. They eventually hire Jane (who is a virgin) to be their assistant after they tried out two others who left for personal reasons. From the start there is a strong attraction between them which they all try to fight. You will need to read the book to see where these three go from here. I really loved this book and cannot wait to read Mia's next book. I definitely recommend this book.

So this was basically my first ever DNF….around 25% I started skimming since it was just not clicking for me. I couldn’t connect with the characters….they were just whining about having to grow up….showed minimal emotion about their fathers passing….and spent most of their time finding women to sleep with. The 3rd character, Jane, that is listed in the blurb doesn’t show up till 55% of the book is over….and at that point they had already gone through a couple of assistants. There were errors that pulled me out of the story since I keep having to go back and re-read over to try to figure out what was being said.

The basic story would have worked, but the execution just missed the mark.

22 year old twin brothers, Brandon and Brent's father passed away unexpectedly. They are now responsible for their family's business and they have to provide for their mother and younger sister. The twins are not used to working, they have always led wild party lifestyles and had a different women every night. Can Brandon and Brent give up their old lifestyle and become the responsible business men their father always wanted them to be. Or will they find a way to have it all?

Mia Ford comes up with the best story lines. I don't think I've ever read a book like this before. This is a well written book and incredibly sexy characters. This book had me from the start and I couldn't put it down. I liked that we got to know the twins back story . The only thing I didn't like was that the story ended abruptly and there wasn't an epilogue.

I think 'Ivyinfinity' said it best when she said that "the actual story begins where it ends" - this is so true!
In between is just porn, and not even the good kind (if there is any - debate for another time 😉), which really surprised me because I have read several books by Ms. Ford, and none of them even come close to this. In fact, I would glimpse some words on the page, and turn it, not even bothering with the numerous sex scenes with the multiple partners and the morning after commentary between the two brothers. It wasn't until I finally came across Jane's name, who the story is supposed to be about, that I started to read each word. I am questioning if Ms. Ford even wrote this as the story is so far off in comparison to any other story she has penned.
I don't recommend this story at all - nope, not one bit.

I read an Advance Reader Copy for my honest opinion.

Brandon and Brent had no responsibilities and lived off family money, until an unexpected death made them grow up real quick. They took over the family business, but quickly realized all of their needs were not being met, they wanted an assistant to assist in all aspects of the business and to assist them. It worked but didn't last long, until they met Jane. She is a country girl in a big city. She is attracted to her bosses, but needs the job more. She refuses until they are at a conference and she can no longer resist the twins that play roles in her fantasy. Brandon and Brent quickly realized just how special Jan was and what she meant to them. This is a HEA, but I wanted more of their relationship.

It's actually a collection of short stories which kinda bummed me out. I naively thought it would be a bumper of a ride with a whole MfM, or at best MFM. I really should learn how to read the blurbs properly.

However once I realized there were other themes - cowboys, taboo, first love, office-mance - I thought great. More bang for the buck. And more time spent curled up on the couch, with a cuppa, enjoying my extended weekend.

Unfortunately it didn't quite pan out.

The style of writing and lust-mance didn't quite sizzle for me. It may work for someone who is looking at venturing into this kinda kink for the first time. Or if you like a reasonably complicated free HEA/HFN ending.

Oh well back to the 1-Click I go.

Twin Brothers by Mia Ford is an entertaining read. This is a menage book though, so it may not be for everyone. Ms Ford has delivered a well-written book. The characters are awesome. Brent, Brandon and Jane's story is about 2 brothers that unexpectedly inherit a business. The stress of missing their father and running the business along with caring for their mother and sister takes a toll and they decide to hire an assistant that will relieve more than just their workload. There is plenty of drama, humor and smokin' hot sex to keep readers turning the pages. I enjoyed reading Twin Brothers and look forward to reading more from Mia Ford in the future. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.

Misleading blurb

The heroine isn't introduced until 55% of the way through. There is ZERO chemistry between her and the brothers. The guys have sex with multiple women from the beginning until the heroine. That's not an issue with me, what is the issue is that the shortest sex scene in the book is the sex between the trio, multiple acts that don't start until 85% of the way through. I don't have an issue reading about the manwhores and their exploits, but I don't want to read more about them than the actual heroine. This story was a complete waste of time, and even though this is my first book by Ford, I'm not going to look in to any of her other books. This book was trash, and shouldn't have been published in the first place

* I am voluntarily reviewing an Advanced Reader Copy of this book*
I have to relate in someway to the main characters of any book I read. The twins, Brandon and Brent were whinny, selfish, shallow boys who were given everything. Even when their world is thrown upside down, I felt they still felt entitled. I felt like they wanted to or did screw any female in their path, kinda sqeezy. When Jane steps into the picture, they seem to change, but the book ended to soon, so you really never got a HEA, just got a HFN. The whole book was kinda unsatisfying for me. Still a fan of Mia Ford, just not a fan of this book

Two young sexy kinky twin alphas, who have to take responsibility sooner they wanted. After a loss they never expected these two step up and are determined to run the business their father built, and take care of their mom and little sister.

They aren't ready to let go of their lifestyle though. So these twins come up with a plan to help keep the stress away. Sex, sex and more sex with their regulars and the different assistants they hire. There's no depth, no growth, no drama, or any climax to the plot. Which is disappointing. It's not one of my favorites. This copy given in exchange for an honest review.

This book starts out slow, but ends blazing hot! Brent and Brandon are players that are not ready to settle down anytime soon, but get thrown in to running the family business when their dad is killed in a car accident. After hiring two assistants that end up leaving them for personal reasons, they get buried by the work that comes with the holiday season. An employee suggests hiring a friend of hers that has been laid off from a business similar to theirs. Jane is completely different than their prior assistants, but she gets their attention in ways that they didn't think was possible. Once Jane enters the story, the book gets a lot more interesting. Interesting story!

Even though the books title is "Twin Brothers", because of the publisher's blurb, I thought it was supposed to be about them and Jane. It's NOT. The majority of the book is about them not keeping it in their pants to the point I did not WANT a HEA for them and Jane. I wish I'd read the other reviews on here before I picked up the book. If I had, I would have saved myself the headache of this book. The sad part is Mia Ford is a good author. I've read and enjoyed many of her other books which is all that kept me from tossing this one about 1/4 the way in. I feel for anyone that picks this one up first, they may not give her another chance.

Brent and Brandon, twin brothers, are your typical high flying playboys. Partying hard, playing with women, sometimes sharing them. But life takes unexpected turns, and at 22, they're taking over the running of the company. When Jane gets hired on, she's not like the usual easygoing women they go after, but they're very interested in Jane. It takes sweet-natured Jane to get these two bad boys to turn over a new leaf. Well written, I did miss the epilogue but hope there's one coming, and I enjoyed their story very much. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

I loved this book. Sure, it will tee you off the way these two brothers went though assistants, but keep reading. There is a lot of steamy sex from these two men that will leave you wanting more.
They were just boys who had to take over the company after their father suddenly killed. I know no excuse for their behavior. But then they find that one assistant that they are looking for that can heal their hearts and help them grow up from being party boys to men that she can be proud of loving.

I got this as an ARC for my honest opinion and review. I am not new to Mia Ford and the more I read the more I can’t wait for then next one to come out.  Well the name does about say it all.  Two sexy, rich, and alpha males. They have some things going on in their private lives that cause them to have to come home and take over the family business. Jane is there to apply for a job and that is how she comes to met Brandon and Brent. They have a thing about sharing, but will Jane agree to be shared or will she keep it professional? Grab a copy and find out.

I voluntarily received an advanced readers copy of this book to give my review. The book was about a set of Twins who were 21 when tragedy strikes their family. I feel like the book really doesn't start to grab the reader until about 1/2 way when Jane's opinions of the twins who are Brandon and Brent. The ending was a little sudden. I think there should be a Novella or 2nd book that explains what happened next with an ending or epilogue. This was a very "hot & sexy" read, but I wanted more of an ending.

The author spent so much time on a backstory and not enough on Jane and the brothers. I liked Cecile and thought she was going to work out. Not sure why Veronica was even in the story. Her time was a waste when we could have been getting to know Jane. I enjoyed the story once Jane arrived, but the end was so abrupt and lacking. The author spent so much time building up to their time together to barely describing the scene. Then it was over. I will probably read this author again, but not sure yet.
