Beginners for sure.

Generalities for half the book or more. There are two recipes I am going to try, Almond Flour Pancakes & Avocado Toast. One recipe has a photo of a hamburger with bun. But no recipe for the bun. Says wrap in lettuce leaves at the end of recipe. Glad I didn't buy the book.

A good book to learn about keto. It explains what to eat or not to eat besides explaining what happens to our bodies after the age of 50. I liked how it was not written in “medical language” as that has been my experience in other diet books.
