Nothing new here, although the information is all in one place. Also, it at least puts some focus on prevention through getting enough sleep and specifics of eating well for good immune function.

I'm not going to give this book a rating because I'm unsure of the validity of all of the information within, especially since much of the information may be outdated since the time I'm reading it. The information in the book was easy enough to understand, if a bit shallow and superficial. The author's voice unfortunately shines through in the book, particularly in regards to religion, which was a little infuriating. Also, there were many typos and grammatical errors, which make me doubt the validity of the information in this book. Towards the end of the book, at least in my edition, there was also a worrying amount of advertising for the author's heart test and a specific brand of vitamins; this also leads me to believe that the author, and therefore the book as a whole, may have a biased perspective and aim to serve an ulterior motive.

Great resource!

This Dr’s perspective is highly informative. From a practitioner who know’s his stuff. Thanks for allowing us to get the straight story instead of the news media (a bad mistake for most who trust the media for survival). This has confirmed a lot of my own research plus a learned a lot. Thank you!

This was first published in July 2020 (per Amazon) & I read this in May 2021. IMO, this book has some value but not enough that I would recommend this book to anyone. I do realize it was published early in the pandemic, which probably accounta for much of the outdated information. There is a lot of newer, more current information out there, so skip this book.

With the daily bombardment of politically biased information on Covid 19, it is important to find a source that will answer questions in a detailed and comprehensive way. I found this book to do just that.

This book was published in the Spring of 2020, so some of the material is dated. But it touches on a lot of areas related to COVID-19 and is a quick and easy read. I think of the book as a primer for all things COVID-19.

There was a lot of information in this book, but, for some reason, I expected more from it.

Liked book. Not a barn burner, of course, but good info, easy to read, and very well organized. Am glad I have it as a resource.

Very good book, but becoming outdated. Good info on good healthy habits to combat the coronavirus and other diseases
