I'll read just about anything these days as I enjoy branching out and trying new things, though my favorites still ride along the same old tracks I followed as a kid: fantasy and science fiction. I love strong characters, deep world building, and colorful prose. What I seek as a reader is the same as what I hope to accomplish as an author: transport the reader to another world where they become so absorbed they lose track of everything around them.
