A lot of really good information. And not too much to overwhelm me. A lot of it I knew already (t1d diagnosis is an unrelenting teacher that moves at a grueling pace), but some good tips and tricks to use as we sort this out. I love reading about ways my daughter can live a full and healthy life so I’m grateful for this book.
