I learned so much how to create a good team by maximize a good team-work. There is a theory “Lingkaran Keselamatan” that tell us how to make a good team-work and make trust from each other, it comes from sense of ‘humanity’.

We should put emphaty at first. Emphaty to our team, emphaty on our leader, and emphaty to our staff. From emphaty will create care, willingness to fight, and love each other. When all of that emotion are create, it will make our office vibes like a home vibes and our workmate like a family. It makes a collaboration more effective. With a good vibes in the office, we can work more easily and without coercion to reach the target. Not only that, by the good vibes in the office and our workmate like a family, we will more sincere to give the best performance to our work and company.

I remember when Mr. Ignasius Jonan says “Humanity is the core purpose if company want success in the future”. And Simon Sinek with his book Leaders Eat Last can describe to us what kind of humanity and how it can be use to company’s success in the future.
