Jon Power introduces the reader to ACT therapy. A way to deepen or accentuate what a person does within a regular therapy session. I found it helpful and curious for more information.
This was a great book for anyone wanting to learn more about ACT. I liked how the book detailed the origins of this therapy. It is very involved. I also liked knowing how this therapy coyld help disorders like panic attacks.

I have never read a book with more typos and errors, to the extent that some sentences - and even some entire paragraphs - don’t make any sense. The premise of the content is great, but completely ruined by the insane amount of errors.
