This is a revised and expanded edition of a 2001 book published by the Upledger Institute, which now distributes it for I.H.H. Publishing in Scottsdale, Arizona. Following a substantial introduction to the lymphatic system and lymphoid organs' immune system role, a French-trained physician living in Arizona details the lymph drainage therapy he developed to treat diverse conditions involving edema/lymphedema: ranging from acne to the secondary effects of radiation therapy. The book includes original illustrations by the author, b&w photographs of the techniques with patients, a resource list, glossary, and order form for LDT-related materials and information.
