Highly recommend this book! The design is easy to read, the personal stories are touching and light hearted, and the activities are the true meat of this book. If you want to get clear on your life in short and easily digestible reading and activities, this is the book for you!

- read this with a group - after each week (7 chapters) there are discussion questions which are great for group debrief.
- read at night (or morning) and do activities first thing in the morning to focus on all day long!
