The one tiny lie that brought him into her life might be the very thing that rips them apart.
Switching places with her identical twin sister seemed like a dream come true—a picturesque vineyard, glitzy friends, frequent lunches at the country club, parents who are interested and engaged in her life. Just when Luna thought life couldn’t get any better, she meets heartthrob Hudson Davenport, the man her sister is supposed to marry.
There’s only one catch—Luna wasn’t supposed to fall in love with him. Secrets are pesky slippery things, waiting to trip Luna up at every turn. What happens when the truth is revealed? Will Luna lose everything she has come to adore?

Jennifer has a BA in English and Social Sciences from Brigham Young University Hawaii where she served as Miss BYU Hawaii. The 2nd half of an entertaining princess & the pauperess romance
The set up for this 4th story in the Romeo Family series is actually in book 3 "One Little Switch". The series is new to me, so I didn't realize it. There's enough here to explain it & understand what's going on without any difficulty, but I think it probably would be better to read that story before reading this one.
Luna is impersonating her twin sister Ava, so that Ava can be out touring with her love, Cash Romeo. The two of them have cooked up a plan to help save the vineyard of Ava's adoptive parents.
Hudson has been in love with an image he's created of Ava in his mind, but despite their years of friendship, really doesn't know Ava well enough to realize that she's not the personification of his dream girl - however, Luna is.
The two of them are falling in love, but they're both hiding things from each other, & you can't build a relationship without honesty at its foundation. Unfortunately, there are others with ulterior motives seeking to take advantage of the situation.
The story isn't new or novel, but it's well done & perfect for when you're looking for some light entertainment to relax at the end of a stressful day. I enjoyed it enough that I'm planning on reading the rest of the series now
*Religion: lightly Christian - some brief mentions of being reminded that lying breaks a Commandment, a Scripture verse about truth, & mention of attending church
Love doesn't come all wrappped up in tidygift wrapped packages.... with a bow on top. No, true love isn't based on emotion alone... yes, there is emotion in this book but the best part is there is true love. However, in real life I could see where the lie could be costly.
We have twin sisters that were given up for adoption at birth... a closed adoption so neither knew of a twin sister.... UNTIL many years later. The birth mother is dying and trying to make right the mess she made in earlier years. When they meet each other they plot to switch places. The problem is, they tell no one. Prenteding to be each other means they lie to everyone. It seems easy for the fake Luna to do and succeed but no so much for the fake Ava., hence the problems start piling up. Is it love when you lie to the one you want to marry? How do you go about 'fixing' that not so little problem? They might be twins but their upbringing has been very different. Their personalities are nothing alike and for the fake Ava that shows clearly.
Secrets never stay secret. Hope you enjoy how they are revealed and how One Tiny Lie becomes a mountain.
I enjoyed how the author shows that love, true love, doesn't need sexual encounters. I also liked how the language was kept clean. The romance was there, for sure, but the story shows how problems of our own making hit life hard while keeping it wholesome.
I listened to the audio version of this book so now going to my library to read others in this series. I prefer reading but the audio came in handy as I listened while starting my day. I found doing 'easy' things allowed me to listen without getting in the way of what I needed to do, and of course, at bedtime when your eyes don't need the reading strain being able to listen is wonderful.
This is part of a series and the beginning of the book really goes over, in detail, what happened in the previous book. While I appreciated the back story explanation (not having read the previous story), I found that the majority of this book was narrative and there was very little dialogue, at least not until almost the end. To me, it was a little dry. I didn’t really feel a connection to the story. Having said that, this is a clean romance, which I appreciate. The end of the story sets the reader up for the next book in the series and the bodyguard brother who will clearly have his love story told next. It’s a cute story about identical twins who switch lives and fall in love. They get themselves into trouble, of course, when they don’t reveal their true identity, but everything works out in the end and they have their HEA. It’s predictable but it’s sweet. 3.5 stars.
A fun story line of identical twins changing places. The other twin’s story is told in the book preceding this one, which I haven’t read, but this is just fine as a stand-alone. I recommend reading One Little Switch first, but it’s not truly necessary.
I liked Luna and her focus on family as compared to money. She had depth. Her love interest, Hudson, thinks she is her sister, but loves the “new” version of the woman he grew up with.
A sweet, clean love story where the lie of the girls’ switching places is consequence-free.
Narration: 4 stars Major Connery does a good job. I was never confused about which character was speaking. She has good expression. She has good male voices, too. Her Spanish accent could use a little work, but it was fine. I’d listen to her again :-)
*poor, **ok,***good, ****very good, *****something special

Ava and Luna were identical twins who were separated at birth. Both girls grew up not knowing the other or where each other was at any time. Norma the birth mother contacted both girls and had them meet her in a different city. When they both arrived they could not believe what was taking place. Luna had lost her adopted mother a few years before and was living with her grandmother. Ava's parents were still living in the Sonoma valley where they had a vineyard and winery. This book has both mystery, intrigue and suspense. This is another great book in this series. This is my review and mine alone. Norma Gorrill
When Luna and Ava each get a call from their birth mother asking to meet, they were both surprised. They were even more surprised to find out that they had an identical twin sister. Ava was tired of being controlled by her adoptive mother, Beverly and was running away from a forced engagement to Hudson. She talked Luna who was unhappy with her current life as a waitress into trading places. Ava went to go on tour with Cash Romeo and Luna stepped into Ava's life in a beautiful winery in Sonoma California. This delightful trading places story has plenty of romance and suspense as Luna's past catches up to her and her life is endangered.
Switching places with her identical twin Ava gives Luna a new start. The life with a warm loving family, country club lunches, and a more glamorous lifestyle doesn't seem suffocating to Luna. Unlike Ava, Luna is very attracted to the handsome Hudson. Ava's parents have been pushing for an engagement in order to save their vineyard. I received a free copy of this ebook from the author. This is my honest and voluntarily given review. I have enjoyed reading this series so much that I finished this book the same day that I started it. This is a sweet romance with two very likable main characters. There is enough backstory from the previous book about the other twin that this book could be enjoyed as a standalone. Though it's more enjoyable to read both of them. I love this book and series.
I love switching places stories! This one was even better than the last one. I just loved Luna and Hudson together. I felt it was believable and the characters relatable. Lots of chemistry. Luna is just sweet as a peach. Her vulnerabilities made her a very real character. Only problem was the story was too short for me! I wanted more Luna and Hudson. I love the side story of Luna helping out Isabelle get confidence in her abilities and escaping a controlling boyfriend. I’m loving this series! Rating: PG, clean, sweet romance with light drama.
Loved this from the get go! Luna, AKA Ava, and Hudson go together like peanut butter and jelly! I loved all the fun dates they go on! Beautiful California scenery and the ocean! Snarky so called best friend, Margo, who just wants Hudson for herself, is constantly trying to separate them. Can Luna help Hudson love her for herself? Will her world come crashing down if he ever finds out the truth? What about Ava's parents? Find out in this beautiful story of love and forgiveness! Happy Reading!
It’s interesting to me that I was more bothered by Ava not sharing her secret with Cash in the previous book than I was with Luna keeping the switch a secret from Hudson. Obviously she should have filled him in sooner. I guess I better understood her reasons... Regardless, I am enjoying these characters. There were enough twists and turns to keep me guessing about what comes next. I loved seeing Ava and Luna build relationships and find strength from one another and loved ones.
I had a free copy of this book, but this is my honest and voluntary opinion. Luna and her identical twin switch places and she is placed in a beautiful vineyard with lunches at the country club. Hudson Davenport is supposed to marry her sister Ava, but Luna finds herself falling for him, but the secrets put a damper on it for her. The plot features carving out a life and making sense of a secret that becomes more twisted every day. Definitely a stirring story.
I couldn’t get into this one at all. Prior book is the h twin identical sister. The prior book was story of the twins switching places. This book was the view ft other twin. So, a second book of more lies and deception I couldn’t get into. Only reading two chapters I skipped to ending. Of course, it ended with a HEA, abrupt ending and cliffhanger. I’m done with this series. Obvious what’s happening with each book just a lead in to the next.

I wasn't sure about this story, but it is a really interesting book. Not only does it have a lot of twists and turns in it, but it gave a a lot of insight into vineyards, rich people, country stars, and not so good friends. The story is excellent and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys romance, suspense, and country music.
Luna and her twin sister switched places. While Ava is off singing and falling in love, Luna is loving her new family and falling in love.. But the truth has come out eventually. Wonderful book. These are standalones but reading Ava's story first puts it all together.
This is a outstanding love story with endearing characters that will steal your heart and touch your soul from the very beginning til the end as they journey towards unconditional love and understanding.
Oh, the webs we weave when first we practice to deceive. We also find out who our true friends really are. I got a bit stressed in this story because of the conflict. I really wanted these two to get together. I truly enjoyed this story and want to read more of these sweet short stories.
This is a very interesting and exciting story of Luna and Ava's switch. Lies are never to be hidden. Seeing how they worked through this situation is very interesting. Very good book.
Swoon! Hudson and Luna have plenty of chemistry and genuinely like each other. A lot! Too bad it’s all a lie. Such a great clean romance with some intrigue and suspense. Luna and Ava have learned to tell the truth. I think!
It so much fun to read about the Romeo family. So far very book has been unique in it story and the events and characters involve. Of course there are family members who ok in but it is the main characters story. I am having fun in this journey!
I loved that Luna's personality really shone through. She was kind, helpful, and fun. She had the ability to make everyone feel important. Even though i really like Luna's personality, Ava's story was still my favorite. Clean.
I love this book is a beautiful story about twins sisters switching places, the story is about love for family and romantic love, the story have a little bit of intrigue and a little bit of suspense and a lot of romance this book is beautifully written, I really recommend this book to anyone.
It was fun reading Luna's story. One tiny lie causes a great big problem when Luna falls in love for real while impersonating her twin, Ava. Clever dialogue, great characters. Very enjoyable.
I purchased a copy of One Tiny Lie by Jennifer Youngblood and this review was given freely. Secretly changing places leads to happiness, that is complicated by jealousy and a checkered past.
This was another great story surrounding the twins and finding love. My only complaint was so much detail and rehashing from the previous story. This is a sweet, clean romance.
