I didn’t get past page 8. Francine Shapiro was not a male as this author referred to her as. Then the author starting switching her pronouns back and forth between male and female. If you cannot get who the founder of EMDR is I cannot trust the rest of your book has any validity
I was curious about EMDR so I picked up this book to check out thinking it would give me a lot of info about having it done and some tools to utilize with my history.
Quite confusing but gave me the insight on how the process works and what I should expect.
