I can’t shake the feeling someone’s watching me. Then the creepy text messages start. And “gifts” start to arrive.
When a girl goes missing from a nearby embassy, it seems unrelated, but after the deaths that have occurred at Embassy Academy, can it really be a coincidence?
Time’s running out and if I don’t figure out who my stalker is, more people will disappear. Even worse, their next target is my girlfriend.
Embassy Academy: Killer Final Exams is a young adult romantic thriller, and the final book in the trilogy.
Emily lives in sunny Southern California with her husband and two daughters. When she's not in her book dragon form devouring books, she can be found in the kitchen making homemade ice cream or baking something delicious. In addition to reading and writing, Emily loves watching police procedurals, playing with makeup, and cuddling with her two long-haired dachshunds Nestlé and Kiefer.
Book three and the final book in this trilogy. A fantastic YA mystery read that had a great storyline and twists and turns, some I did not guess!! There’s humour, murder, fab characters and an ending you will be happy with!
I’m so excited to release this book in less than a week.
Killer Final Exams is the perfect Fall read.
Consider it the baby of Pretty Little Liars…
and Gossip Girl
where everyone is wearing fabulous clothes but also lying to their friends, significant other, parents, school administration, police… You get the idea.
So what is the Brat Academy gang up to?
Ricardo has a stalker.
Gul is trying to get over her abusive ex but also can’t help but sniff out some dirt on her classmates.
Mikhail’s sister is MIA and he’s starting to get suspicious.
There’s a fire, some webcam hacking, and an almost game of human dartboard.
I can’t believe I’m wrapping up another series. I have loved every minute with Adrienne, Mikhail, Charlotte, Ricardo, Gul, and Callahan. I hope all of you fantastic readers love them too.❤️
School can be challenging and finals even more so. Through in a murderer on the loose, however, and our heroine is going to have her hands full.
This is book three of the series and the conclusion. I recommend starting at the beginning.
This is the start of a young adult academy mystery series. I love the spying and mystery but am so-so on academy stories, so I wasn't sure how this one would turn out. My answer: quite well. I found the story to be well written and easy to read with a cast of interesting and fun characters. Many of them are very stereotypical of what you would expect in an academy story, but there were some fresh faces as well which provided a welcome bit of variety. I really liked our heroine and how she stood out from the crowd, not like the snooty classmates. The mystery also had enough twists and turns to keep me guessing which made the story for me. Overall, a very enjoyable read and a fitting conclusion to the series.
Highly recommended.

A thrilling conclusion to this amazing series! Loved reading this story from different perspectives, and the tension and suspense was just gripping, as well as the mystery element. Absolutely incredible series!
This book was a bit different than the first two of the series. We get multiple POVs and numerous mystery subplots that I spent most of the book trying to figure out how they were related. I found the connection to be dramatic but fun to read, even if it was a little far fetched. I liked how we got to see into the lives of a few more characters that had been introduced and involved throughout the first two books but didn't have their own chance to shine and develop until now. There were a few typos in the writing, but nothing that distracted from the content.
Overall, entertaining to read, a good conclusion to the trilogy by wrapping up the storylines, but still leaving the potential for further sequels or spinoffs with the mention of senior year.
Embassy Academy: Killer Final Exams by Emily Kazmierski is a fantastic story that I have read. This is book number three in this fantastic series that I have loved reading. I highly recommend this story to everyone who loves reading about thrillers and romance in their stories.

I didn't like this book. It doesn't help that it is mainly written from the POV of my least favourite characters: Gul Abidi and Ricardo. Ricardo's POV genuinely has begun to read like some insufferable male protagonist in a Reverse harem novel. It's baffling. And his story arc here is very poorly executed. It's made to seem like a Sherlock Holmes-style whodunit. Well guess what? The antagonist is someone who has never been mentioned in any of the previous books. And to make it worse, she is just your garden-variety sociopath. Oh, and did I mention this sociopath receives help from a bevy of spurned ex-girlfriends? Some of these exes are from relationships that did not even last 2 weeks. I know hell hath no fury as a woman scorned, but this is ridiculous. Some of these women committed actual crimes to 'get back' at Ricardo.
Gul, meanwhile, continues being the insufferable gossipmonger. She 'tries' to be better. But I don't feel any genuine enthusiasm on her part. She spends most of the novel moping about being lonely and isolated after spending her entire school career spreading rumours and lies. It would be one thing if she genuinely tried to stop. But even as she realizes what a low-life she has been, she engages in an even bigger bit of lying. In fact, can this even be called gossip? She even breaks laws to get information. She uses a very sophisticated tool to hack into Ricardo's phone. I know she thinks she could be a good journalist, but does she know what would happen if she tried any of this as an actual journalist? She is despicable. I feel genuine sorrow for Cal to have fallen into the trap of loving her.
So, yeah. My intense dislike of the MCs doomed this book from the start. But it is bad in other ways as well, too numerous to count. It is a very disappointing ending to the series.
Just like any other book in this genre. Nothing too special about it, I didn’t hate it but nothing really stood out to me to call it great. I definitely would recommend this to my friends into reverse harem romances.I will say instead of all the adult themes it still has a plot line which I enjoy.
3⭐⭐⭐
Book 2: Tw:murder, drug use, drug overdose
Already the same format of the previous book. We’re immediately hit with a girl dying from a drug overdose and then murder right off the bat. Our main characters sister from the last book ends up running over one of the teachers. She plans to keep everything under wraps in the name of her possibly doing the country some sort of good in the future which I think is kind of a dumbass excuse for hiding that she murdered someone. The book has much of the same setup as the first just switched who the main characters are. I love the budding romance between Charlotte and Ricardo. I actually didn’t figure out who done it in this book. 3⭐⭐⭐
Book 3:
Wasn’t a big fan of this one to be honest. Took me forever to get sucked into this story and I just wasn’t really that into this installment. I’m sure others have loved this book it just wasn’t for me. 2⭐⭐.

In the last book of the trilogy we will see how the protagonists avoid a state assassination. Ricardo is blackmailed into leaving Charlotte, Gul leaves her position as the school's gossip queen after what happened with her ex Grady, but ends up getting involved in searching the mysterious tunnels under the school to help Callahan and Mikhail will have to rescue his sister from extremists. A lot happens in the book, although I keep saying the same thing I said in my review of the first book, I was expecting more suspense.
Wasn’t a big fan of this one to be honest. Took me forever to get sucked into this story and I just wasn’t really that into this installment. I’m sure others have loved this book it just wasn’t for me.
I enjoyed the cast of characters and the mystery of all three books in this series. I also liked the bits of different cultures woven skillfully into the plot without getting boring or "teachy".
