Title: ➳ ❤ Daring Dixie Series ➳ Club Ménage Series 4# Author: ➳ Tara Crescent
Kindle ➳December 3rd 2020 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 💖💖💖💖
ღ It’s been a hot second since I’ve read one of Tara Crescent’s books….. with that said it means I’ve not read any MFM for while either One of the things I love about Tara Crescent’s books, is how Vivid her books are, in this book you're find Dixie, Hunter and Eric Story
I really enjoyed this story a bunch. The ins and outs that this these amazing people each have their own separate lives, but their lives are intertwined due to mutual friends, then the author throws in a twist that you don't see coming. The hidden yet complexity
You're also going to find some very steamy scenes, but also, you're going to find some corporate environment
There was a great story and plot and you can’t help but get sucked into the story, a lawyer, psychiatrist & a financial wizard My favorite part of this story is how these 3 first meet! So, you can imagine, After that disastrous encounter, Dixie hoped that she never sees Hunter and Eric again.
Dixie Ketcham, is General Counsel for a large multi-national corporation. It’s a prestigious job & Her goal is to become the Chief Operating Officer… her only trouble is that Eric Kane stands in her way.
Eric Kane. is the financial wizard of this amazing 3 sum, he has been burn before from his ex, who end up not enjoying BDSM as much as Eric
Hunter Driesse., is, psychiatrist in this bunch, & he works with veterans suffering from PTSD & is devastated when he recently lost his mother
Out of the many things that I enjoy of this book is , I love that we get all three POVs so we know what Dixie, Eric,& Hunter are going through 📚 Hope you enjoy this read & also always keep in mind this is just my opinion+ Also I wouldn’t never discourage anyone from reading this book.
➦* Note: ARC kindly provided by author in exchange for an honest review. This has not influenced my review!
Daring Dixie is the fourth book in the Club Menage series. You can read this one as a standalone but if you are like me you will want to read them in order. I have to say I loved Dixie. She is so misunderstood at the beginning of this story. Dixie breaks into a scene at a BDSM club and tries to save the girl in the scene, which of course makes the men in the middle want nothing to do with her.
Eric and Hunter were those men in the scene. When Dixie keeps popping up in their lives for different reasons they decide that maybe she would be fun to scenes with. But instead of pushing the uptight woman, Eric and Hunter ask Dixie what her fantasy would be if she could have anything. And so starts the night of magic none of them can ever walk away from.
I have to say it might take Tara a while to write a book, but it is well worth the wait. She brings in the emotions, conflict, and sex that you want to read about. I loved Daring Dixie and can't wait for the next story.
Tara Crescent gives you a steady flow of steam that keeps you breathlessly reading till the end. If you're looking for a book that is good, steamy and romantic with some naughty thrown in, then Daring Dixie is the book for you.
I volunteered to review an advance reader copy of this book.
Not my favorite of the series, but still enjoyable. A great story of a woman working to reverse past experiences that lead her to feel guilty and ashamed.
The series is literally titled Club Menage and our trio does not have a single scene at the club. Dixie accidentally walks into the club very near the beginning but that doesn't count. You have to join her mailing list, which I think I'm already on, to get a bonus scene at the club.
I think there were only two good scenes. There are a couple of leaves where it fades to black. Again, a book about a sex club shouldn't fade to black. There's one reason I'm reading this book and this one doesn't provide enough of that material. If the author wasn't planning on scening at the club, perhaps the series should have been titled HOT Triads of New York. Ok, that's beyond cheesy but something with the actual club name.
It's been a while since I read the first 3 books. I gave them all 5 🌟. I think I've just read more since then to make me be more critical.
I enjoyed reading the book and I didn't feel liked it dragged anywhere. I did have to skim a chapter that is all in Dixie's head around 80% because she was being ridiculous. She made so many assumptions throughout the book and ever seems to learn her lesson with that. The chapter I skimmed is where she is forming a lot of these assumptions and making them fit a narrative that just doesn't exist.
Dixie works for Xavier as general counsel and has only had the job 6 months. She discovers the company isn't running well and the information she turns up helps. Someone is setting up Xavier to make it look like he is laundering money. I liked this part of the plot but have liked to have had more of that.
Ms. Crescent does do a better job of writing a story around the sex than a lot of authors on KU but, as far as the romance aspect, the story is average. The sex scenes are rather tame for a menage. While they were well written, technically speaking, they lacked some details I prefer to see and were generally the bare basics of a menage. They did at least have sex in the way your brain goes to when you think of a threesome.
There are some small grammatical errors. She doesn't know to use whomever as an object. She just never uses whomever, only everthreescore.
We find out in this book that Xavier has been in love with Layla for 16 years along with another man. She's in Hong Kong (or somewhere in Asia) and the two men go see her every other week and Xavier sends her something like $200k a month. The next book still isn't about that group, unfortunately. Perhaps previous books mentioned this and I forgot. I do remember the part about the group have a sex club in college and a sub dying.
I'll read the next book and hope that it actually has scenes in the club.
Amour.
Is she daring enough to face her own fears and fall in love?
Daring Dixie is the fourth book in the Club Menage series, but could be read well as a stand alone. Dixie is forced to work closely with Eric, but when she realizes that being inflexible and closed off could keep her away from a promotion, she decides to dare herself to live and experience more. Hunter and Eric are never far from her fantasies and they take a chance on each other. But is she daring enough to face her own fears and fall in love, or will she run scared?
Oh wow, I was completely sucked into this book, fell for the relationship that blooms between Dixie, Hunter, and Eric, and I did not want to put this book down! This book tugged at my heart, and I loved the concept of daring yourself to be more adventurous and to be willing to accept all parts of yourself, no matter what others might think. Dixie really struggled with this concept, due to a past hurt, so I loved watching her become more in tune to her own needs, desires, and even fantasies. She opened up so much, but she still had a major hurdle to conquer, plus she needed to learn not to jump to conclusions. Hunter and Eric brought their own baggage to the relationship, and I loved that they had different desires and personalities, yet when it came to dominating Dixie, they were completely in tune. This book brought a lot of fun into a BDSM relationship, but it also brought a lot of healing to all three individuals. I loved their relationship. I loved the connection you could feel through the pages and that they all reluctantly wanted more. This series has been a thrill to read and I can’t wait for more!
I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review.
Hunter Driesse and Eric Kane aren't my type. They're too dominant. Too demanding. Too sinfully tempting. They are not the men I want. Until the night of the dare. When I discover that Hunter and Eric are-shockingly-the men I need.
This is the story of Dixie, Hunter and Eric. They all meet when Dixie thinks that a woman is in trouble. What has actually happened is Dixie has stumbled into their role play scene and while it may seem funny now it sure was not then and they all handled it wrong and went away with bad or wrong impressions. However that doesn't stop them all from thinking about each other and to say that they all have some amazing chemistry between them is a understatement. Each of them though has a reason and some serious baggage that keeps them from getting into relationships. I loved how in this book we get to see how they each deal with the past and present trauma they work through. I loved each of the character's for different reasons and I loved this story. I am a fan of a good menage book and Tara Crescent writes some of the most amazing ones I have read. I love how she makes you fall in love with the characters and you feel like you could really connect and be friends with them all. This book is so smoking hot your kindle just might melt in your very hands. You won't be able to put this book down. I am so glad that we go another book in the Club Menage Series.
Theirs To Dare by Tara Crescent is a continuation of the Club M series. There are characters mentioned from previous books. Each book is a story of it's own but to me it makes a "fuller" read to do so in order. Dixie, a lawyer in the employee of billionaire Xavier LaForte, Club M owner among other businesses interrupts a BDSM scene after leaving a quick meeting with Xavier when she's not paying attention to where she's going & ends up in the portion of the basement that Club M is located. Hunter, A psychologist & Eric, A financial guru, are in a scene with a congresswoman. Dixie hears the woman calling out for help as the elevator doors open & as she was extremely busy answering texts & putting out fires that are rolling in one after another & didn't realize she was in Club M. She jumps to the woman's rescue only to belatedly realize she jumped to conclusions that were wrong. That's the beginning of the trio's meeting but they have issues to get through before they get their HEA. Read this exciting romance in this series and I guarantee you will not regret it!
This is a wonderful read, sexy and full of action and adventure This was a thoroughly enjoyable read as I loved the characters and the plot it was as always so very well written and once, I began reading found it impossible to put down until I reached the last page and discovered the finale it was totally wonderful. This is based around the Christmas period which of course was most relevant and I knew that both Eric and Hunters interest in their new sub was going to be very enlightening and it most definitely was. This was a very instructive read as they introduced you as the reader to the variety of implements, they applied to their sub to bring her the most amazing feelings and sexual pleasure. The interaction between the three was like a well oiled machine and I found the enjoyment the pleasure they found in each other to be simply al consuming it was impossible not to drawn in by the story completely. I voluntarily received and review an Advanced Reader Copy I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the great writing.
Dixie needs to get out of her comfort zone, maybe spice up her life a little. She finds out that Club Menage is having an Open Night, when anyone can get into the very exclusive sex club. After all she has been there before, not that she wants to think about that too intently. She knew they were members of the club, but the last thing she expected was for Hunter and Eric to approach her, and ask her about her sexual fantasies. Not after what had happened at their first, extremely awkward meeting. Sexy, compelling, and beautifully well written characters. Dixie is a good girl brought up in the South where sex is not something that is discussed, and is private between two people. Eric and Hunter are both dominates, and neither of them are looking for a permanent relationship, but neither can resist Dixie. Steamy menage romance with some unexpected twists in the plot. I think this is a must read.
I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.
I am torn on what I feel for this book. I did like it but I didn’t love it. It held my attention at certain moments but other times, I skimmed. I enjoyed the Buisness work-relationship between Eric and Dixie and the tension between them especially when Xavier was involved, however I really didn’t feel the connection with all three on how they meshed together. Typically a MFM romance there is a solid purpose, a goal persea to insure for the plot and besides Xaviers Buisness to save, I didn’t feel the emotional connection between Eric and Hunter. In addition, Dixie’s issue was not fully solved by the men (like in a normal MFM) and that ruffled my feathers. I wanted to see them ‘help’ her with the Dom aspect especially since Hunter was a therapist, but the author didn’t go in that aspect.
All in all, I feel like if the author wanted to revamp this story and republish; this would be a good story to do that. Lots of things to change in my opinion.
I devoured this sexy, and emotionally engaging tale of corporate intrigue, personal epiphanies, and evolving love. Author Tara Crescent, noted for her sensitively constructed menage romances, builds a world of wealth, privilege and power and populates it with characters whose lives are revealed through their workplace behavior and their deeply honest inner monologues. The intimacy is not just sexual, it is emotional as well, and the melding of the two created a very believable romance. It's clear from context that this book its part of a series but it works well as a standalone - I mention the series because I now have some catch-up reading to do. If the other books are a good as this, I'm gonna be a busy binge-reader! This has been a voluntary ARC review.
Dixie,Hunter and Eric meet when she thinks a woman is in trouble but actually she stumbled into their role play sex scene. In retrospect it was funny but they all handled it wrong and went away with bad or wrong impressions. Even with that they each couldn't stop thinking of each other and the chemistry between them was undeniable. Each have their own reasons and baggage to avoid getting involved in a relationship. Their story follows how each deals with past and present traumas that effect how they live their lives. They help each other and in turn heal grow and love. I loved how Hunter and Eric helped introduce Dixie into BDSM with her fantasies. Their story was steamy, sexy erotic with real life drama and crisis mixed in to keep you turning the page till the end.
Angsty misunderstandings abound in this feel fest of a read. I like that we get all three POVs so we know what Dixie, Eric, and Hunter are going through. Even if they won’t tell each other. I was drawn into their lives and story, couldn’t put it down till the joyful HEA. Though this book is as erotic as you would imagine it being as an installment of a series called Club Ménage, it is also indicative of real life in a corporate environment. Dixie is new at Xavier’s company, but not at the discrimination of women in this arena. She also has some heavy baggage in her personal relationships. This character driven tale is thought provoking and sexy hot, a great read.

Tara Crescent writes menage stories that are not just scorching hot, but they have heart, laughter and wonderful characters. This is a standalone story but it will be much more enjoyable if you have read the previous books in the series. All of the Club Menage books make me want my own pair of men to cater to my every fantasy! Loved it!
Downloaded for free from BookSprout. I have volunteered to give my honest opinion and receive no compensation for my review. Since I rely heavily on reviews to make decisions about purchases, I will never lie or over-exaggerate my opinion. There is nothing worse than seeing a bunch of 5 star reviews and realizing the book is full of errors or just plain bad and not worth my hard earned money!
Written in triple first person POV. Decent amount of sexy times but a couple were of the “fade to black” or brief synopsis variety when they shouldn’t have been, given their placement in the book. Can be read as a standalone but a lot of characters from previous books make appearances so it’s easier to follow if you’ve read the other books. There was something about this book that irked me but I can’t find the right words to describe it - yes, there was some unneeded repetition and epiphanies of love, but it went beyond that - this was a shorter book and I got bored. 3.5 stars rounded up.
Daring Dixie By Tara Crescent Main Characters: Eric, Hunter, and Dixie I voluntarily and honestly reviewed this book without bias or persuasion from the author. 5 out of 5 stars I love MFM books and this one was no exception. I loved the dynamics between these three and how Hunter and Eric figured out first that they loved Dixie. She was a tad slow figuring that she loved them. They are all in the '30s and Dixie is a General Counsel for a large corporation, Eric is a financial guru and Hunter is a psychiatrist. Plenty of hot sex in this book. We get all three characters' POV which makes the story more interesting in my opinion.
*spoiler* I received an advanced copy of this book for an honest review. I have always been a big fan of the author and she continues to deliver books with with, humor, heat, and intrigue to keep her fans coming back year after year. The main characters in this latest book are real and multifaceted as they all deal with their emotional baggage. While I've heard about the canoe scene, I was extremely pleased with my reaction to it. This was a really nice break from all the world's crap. Thanks for letting us all escape from reality for a bit.

I loved this story. A great tale full of emotion: passion, pain, lust, heartbreak and longing. Dixie is a great character, well rounded and real. Eric and Hunter are both proud men, both in pain trying to avoid reality and not move forward. Dixie crashes into their lives and they will not be the same again. Fantasies are not real until Eric and Hunter offer to help Dixie live them. I loved these characters, their story kept me engrossed, I could not put my kindle down. I highly recommend this book. This book is part of the Club Menage series, but can be read as a standalone. When you think of a book with a menage, or a threesome, many times it is more that, than a story, but that is not the case with this book, or with any of Tara Crescent's menage books. It is so much more. This is the story of Eric, Hunter, and Dixie. It is a wonderful story, from beginning to end. It is steamy hot at times, but at other times you are laughing, crying, and "ahhing". It is a story that kept me up way too late at night, because I would not put it down. It is a love story, but it just involves three people, instead of two. I loved this book, so I highly recommend it.
Well, this was a well thought out and plot filled storyline. Great main and side characters. Liked all the creative fantasies Dixie, Hunter and Eric played out. Liked the side plot of finding out who was after Xavier. The only annoying part was Dixie going back and forth with not being with her guys. Jeez, it was when she was 17 when the immature high school prom thing took place. She's now in her 30's and still hears the jerk call her a slut. Come on. A little over the top. But overall a good read. I plan on reading her other books in this series. I have read 1 book in her Dirty series (Dirty Talk). Liked that also. Would recommend.
Quattro stelline... Scarse.
This story was so much more than I expected. It featured a ménage relationship but the really interesting parts of the story surrounded Xavier’s company. While Dixie was a smart and ambitious woman and both Eric and Hunter were strong and intelligent enough to be her match, it was more interesting reading about how they straightened out the mess that Xavier’s company was in and how they all dealt with their past and present hurts. Good story.

This is an amazing book with the emotional turmoil of loss, of parent, trust and inhibitions. Hunter feeling the loss of his mother, feels so very alone, Erik with his trust issues and Dixie Witcher need to succeed, all find a contentment in fulfilling fantasies and putting real life issues to the side. The characters find inner solace and contentment which makes them so personable. I just loved the book.

This story covers a some topics many of us have or will experience - the loss of a loved one, being rejected for who we are, and being shamed for our needs and desires. All make you draw into yourself, protecting your psyche from further hurt or damage. Hunter, Eric and Dixie have each built walls that will need to come down if their love story is going to evolve, which it does in spectacular Club Menage fashion. Hot, steamy MFM love story. Dixie is a lucky, lucky girl! I received a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.
Dixie Ketcham is smart, ambitious, a bit naive seemingly prudish but underneath it all she has some wicked, dirty fantasies. Acting out those fantasies never really crossed her mind until she met Eric Kane and Hunter Driesse. Let's say that her intro to the two men wasn't optimal. Now she works with one who maybe a decider about a job she covets. Wanting something casual is in all their interests but boy howdy their chemistry is off the charts. In the end there's an HEA but that's not to say there a some speed bumps along the way.
This is the 4th book in the Club Menage Series but it can be read as a stand alone. Like the previous books I have had this book on my kindle for some time and have read it numerous times and it never gets boring. In this book we get to know Dixie, Hunter and Eric, each one of them is successful in their line of work. What started off as a non commitment relationship soon turns into some very hot and steamy fantasies being fulfilled. The sex scenes are definitely hot. This book will having you going through different emotions ❤🙂
Dexie, Eric and Hunter are exploring casual menage but when feelings start to evolve and society ideals start to come closer can Dixie find her footing or will she cave to her long held fears? Can Eric let go of his horrible past relationship to see Dixie is not like his Ex? Can Hunter move past his recent grief of losing his mother and let himself live again?
Tara Crescent knows how to make MFM relationships, friendships and society expectations come to life and makes you feel for all the characters involved.
