In the book The Quickly Approaching Rapture, author Martin Sondermann will examine passages from the Bible that point to the Rapture of the Church as the next big event on the prophetic calendar. This event will shake the world and change everything in a single moment.
Will Christians actually disappear?
This book will also examine the theory that claims every Christian will physically disappear during the Rapture and offers a second theory, in which, the Bible may be describing a time when believers in Jesus Christ will simply leave their old bodies behind in exchange for new ones.
In this book Martin also looks at passages of Scripture in order to answer the growing critics of the doctrine of the Rapture from within the Church. He looks at early Church writings and Biblical passages in an effort to prove the doctrine of the Rapture is not new as some suggest, but that it's tied to the Biblical passages related to what is known as the imminent return of Jesus Christ.
He also examines passages of the Bible that describe a last days "apostasy" and attempts to explain what it is and makes the case that we may be living in these very days which the Bible describes.

Come quickly Lord, Jesus!
Great read, even if you already know. One thought: The Bible doesn't seem to mention the millions of bodies that would be laying all over the globe deteriorating before they could be cremated (the birds took care of the dead at Armageddon). And there are not enough crematoriums all over the world to handle them, nor would there be enough first responders left to get the job done. Families would be too devastated to deal with it. They might have huge bonfires which would pollute the earth. I just choose to believe that God is more efficient than that, nor does He waste anything. The human body is His creation, in His image. I believe He would "change it in the twinkling of an eye" and call soul, spirit and changed new body as well. The dead in Christ will receive their "changed" new heavenly bodies on the way out of the grave. Just my opinion. Worth what you paid for it. Great book. Keep writing

Are you ready?
Martin Sondermann details the varying point of view on the subject of the rapture well. He doesn't tell you everything but strives to inspire you to study and learn. One point, this event is the Resurrection/Rapture of all who belong to Christ.Jesus has done all the hard work, all you must do is believe. So, do you believe? If you believe, you can answer yes to my question. Maranatha!

The Rapture
I'm impressed with this author. I've been reading a lot of books about the rapture. He explains the different theories concerning pre, mid and posts tribulation that many people ascribe to. He also states when it is his opinion and asks that you do your own research and make up your own mind. You can clearly get the urgency in finding out the truth before it's too late.

Highly recommend this to all seekers of truth as Martin backs up all his assumptions with the word of God. A couple of issues I've never heard before and glad he brought them to my attention. I will recommend to my family and friends for sure.

A Must Read for Believers!

This book gives all the relevant Bible passages that pertain to the Rapture, but Martin Sondermann goes further by sharing what the early Christians taught about the Rapture. He is a very knowledgeable teacher and has a way of teaching that can reach everyone. What is historical and what is happening today is brought together as proof of coming events, namely the physical return to Earth of Jesus Christ. The Rapture, its significance, its place in the Lord's plan for humanity, can be understood and must be or you will miss it. If you have questions about whether you will be taken or left, you should read this book. The time is quickly approaching and not heeding the words of Jesus could cost you everything. "Behold, I come quickly..."

Pastor Crone is the next generation of biblical scholars
I have recently become aware of Pastor Crone's books and messages. Each one I have read, I would rate 5 stars! This book on the Rapture is a beautiful example of his scholarship. This belief in the Rapture has been held since the early church fathers through biblical scholars today.
His ability to teach the Bible is amazing. You will not be sad you invested your time and money in his books. I am thankful I found him and feel sure you will too.

Sign of the Times
Excellent research is shown to be carefully crafted for the reader. I liked the first chapters, the explanation of Greek words. When the author tries to explain things our current science can not explain or to hazard a guess at what might be possible in the future, we must be careful. The future will happen in surprising ways. It will be true to the Bible as written. We will just have to wait. Do your own research, keep watching discoveries in all disciplines, and read the Bible. Be ready with your lamp filled.

Agree and disagree
I agree the rapture is pre tribulation. I see however that 2 Thessalonians 2:3 can on!y make sense in that the falling away is the rapture of the church. The author does not see it that way but we can agree to disagree.

Clear Explanation
The author puts forth his scripture based view of The Rapture. He concisely uses well sourced scriptures to make his point. I think this is a MUST READ for any student of escatology.
