The science behind strength

In an industry rife with bro science, this book is the total opposite. Breaks down all that is required to be able to attack the world of strength and write your own programmes. Must read for anyone interested in powerlifting.

Decent guide about macro, meso, and micro cycles for the intermediate powerlifter who is looking for advices about programming and periodization. I personally think that there are better books, blog posts, articles, etc. out there on this topic, but n=1 and YMMV.
