Now, the quest is on. Objective: Find the dragon before time runs out. With sparse details, he’ll depend on the help of an old friend to complete this hunt. It’s going to feel like a bunch of grinding but victory is imminent.
At least, it has to be. Or the last dragon in the land will be gone – forever.
Each level gets him closer to a cure. Because time is running out for everyone - including our cursed hero.
What Illume discovers will shock even the most skilled player.
Warning: this book contains unapologetic humor, dragons, and GameLit elements to thrill seekers of a good time who don’t take themselves or life too seriously.

The newly-made vampire Illume, is the leader of the eponymous quest. Along with him travel, fight, flee or otherwise adventure, his real-life brother and friends, who each also assume the persona/avatar of a mythical being, with their own practical skill &/or magical ability. At every stage of this long (390 page epic), mission, authors Jonathan Yanez and Ross Buzzell introduce 'mini-quests', which Illume is invited to accept or reject (unlikely), to build up their power/life levels get weapons and involving a manticore, homicidal gnomes, werewolves, a Thor-like hammer, silver cross-bow bolts and bombs and much more.
Can the intrepid gamers survive their many trials and live to play another time?
Sadly, I can only give Dragon Seekers:A LitPRG Journey, Book 6 in their Legends Online series, 4 stars, due to the poor editing and proofreading, which (while not bad enough to make me want to stop reading was nevertheless quite irritatingly frequent), made parts of the overall quest somewhat disjointed imho. Why not get a copy of Dragon Seekers and decide for yourself?
Our team has to survive being attached by bad guys, but also monsters and other players and guilds. When all feels lost our MC vampire pulls out the win in the end.
Fun read again and looking for more. Exciting and scary, sad and thrilling, love and lost. All I can say is I want more.
Very enjoyable... wish I had book 7!!! I like the characters... although it is a little predictable......Keep up the writing pace. Look forward to more soon!
